Just heard how much the county was going to lose because he has kept putting money into the hospital and not selling it because he couldnt get anything out of the sale he may have just broke this county with his actions

Insurance claims have to be submitted on time! That's what happens most of the time and insurance company will not pay and tells patient not to pay either!
