Take my advice.. Don't let these guys work on your car! Worst service I've ever had at a shop and the employees are totally clueless! Binghams is the only shop in town that you can trust with your vehicle.

I don't know why you would say the guys at my shop are totally clueless. We have had over 4,000 customers since we opened in November 2012 and we have had numerous customers brag on us about the quality of service they have received.
I take a lot of pride in treating every customer with dignity and the utmost respect.
Of course not every customer can be satisfied no matter what you do but an overwhelming majority is very satisfied with our service and prices.
As far as an alignment...we have done over 200 alignments and everyone is happy with their car when we are done with it. There's no taking it back if its not right...It don't leave our shop until it is right.
I have given away over 30 oil changes...15 Alignments....20 Balance/Rotations with no strings attached.
No other shops that I know of continually give away free services every week.
We are striving to be the best shop around and no matter what name is over the door I believe we will be the best.

I haven't gone to a local place (around B'ville/Corbin) for years for front end alignments. Why? I found a place in London that ALWAYS does a great job and I've kept going back. I'm sure there are several places around here now days that are good. Before...some aligners around here did a lousy job. I've heard both B'ville and Corbin "NOW" have places that do good jobs. That is good to hear because this area needs good auto service just like any other place. I have never taken a vehicle to any of them myself, so I cannot tell you how good any particular place is. I go to Parsley Tire in London because I can count on them to ALWAYS do the alignment correctly. Does that mean the local shops can't also do a great job? No...it's just that I KNOW Parsley's WILL get it done correctly.

Treadz has always done great work on our vehicles. That's where my husband always takes our's to, and believe me, if it wasn't a good place, he wouldn't go back. Hey......try there, if you're not happy with the work, I'm sure they will make it right, but he has never had to take anything back for a re-fix.

I will never take anything to Binghams Tire again. They will try to charge you for stuff they "claimed" they put on (that wasn't even bad).

I need to know that answer too. Mine is the kind that have to be pressed in. My friend and I replaced one of the two last year, and without the proper tools for pressing bearings, it took us hours and was a killer job. I'm not trying that again on the other front one.
