Supporters of Republican U.S. Senate candidate Rand Paul wrestled a woman to the ground and one stepped on her head after she tried to confront the candidate in Kentucky. Full Story

With all the negative and hateful propaganda and unprofesstional manner that Rand Paul and the republican party has dished out in the last few months, why would anyone be surprised at this behavior? Have we all forgotten that she had the same right to be there as the Rand Paul supportors? For those of you who don't know it is within her first amendment rights to protest or support or wear a wig to do so. I too watched the video and find the behavior of the men involved barbaric and uncivilized. How embarrassing for the state of KY that we have come to this. Also a word of advise for all you so called "tea partiers"....be very careful by thinking or ASSuming that Rand Paul is respresenting you. He will be Mitch McConnell's lap dog and will be an ineffective representative of this state. I would say that this is not the last contraversial thing that happens surrounding him!!! Now that I think of it....not the first either!!!
LMAO! You are a fool. Violent republicans? Dirty tactics by the republicans? LMAO!! I guesss tagging canidates as Obama supporters could be considered dirty tactics. LMAO!!!
The dems made their own nest when they voted the loser in office, now they can sleep in it next tuesday! LMFAO!!!

typical situation wherein every single detail will be personalized and emphasized by the individual observer - no objective conclusions are possible given the information available -

in other words, a propaganda bonanza -

There is no proof who did this. It could as easily have been set up by MoveOn people. Rand Paul spoke out against the behavior. He is not a man that would promote this kind of thuggish behavior.

I honestly smell a setup as well. I mean this all seems a little too staged. I mean she was happy after this happened to her. I would guess she got the video footage she was hoping for. And that was someone in a Rand Paul hat stepping on her.

Wait a minute, that's what Rand did. Isn't he from TX? Ever since he got here, I haven't seen so much manure wrangling in my life.

Vote NO CONFIDENCE!!

Think about it, some republican guys think they have the right to step on a womens head because they do not like something she said? Sure, lets do damage control and say a WOMAN was wearing a wig blah blah blah.
Why do they make wigs? For women to wear.
REPUBLICAN MEN BEAT UP ON WOMEN!
Good thing it was her head.

She's a democrat. That means it was not near any vital organs.

Spin doctor! I think you need to watch the video a little closer. He pushed down with his fot from her shoulder to the back of her head.
He pushed down on her shoulder. When his foot came back up, it was still connected to her shoulder. Regardless, it was an assault and the man should be prosecuted. And there was also a Paul supporter who was assaulted. She had a surgical boot on her foot when a Conway supporter intentionally stomped her injured foot, causing serious bleeding. Oddly enough, the media only covered the out-of-state activist being assaulted. Supporters on both sides are doing the wrong thing here. I guess we will get the government we deserve, one way or another.

Should have shown her some real southern hospitality while she was getting paid to make a scene...strap her down on the track at Churchill and let her call that "race". lol Then she could pull the race card too. It's a win/win/win situation! lol
