NEVER give a dog away free, you are just asking for the dregs of society to come claim it to re-sell or use a part of a backyard breeding scheme, or worse yet to torture or use as a bait dog for dog fighting. If someone can't pay $50-100 for a dog, how can they properly care for the dog? this dog will end up left outside to wander the roads or worse.
