Mike and Mike on 96.1

I was told by a friend about their antics towards officiating so, I had listen on a night off and it was outrageous. Almost every call against KC was terrible worst the older Mike had seen in 30 yrs of watching basketball he added once. When your play by play guy calls the action by saying the player drives the lane fouled no call, rebounds goes back up fouled again lol I mean ridiculous. And it's the whole game. I find it hard to believe these guys are still on the air. I personally will file a complaint with Khsaa because all they do is make all of my colleagues and myself look bad to KC fans.

Well if you had seen the game last night you would probably been embarassed for you and your colleagues as you call them. It was horiable at the calls they made!!! It's a shame that grown men cant let boys play ball. You go to a place like Middlesboro and have to beat the refs and the basketball team. 4 out of 6 of KC'S best players fould out. Someone should make a complaint made on you guy's!!!!!

I agree that the officials are biased a lot but at the same time a radio broadcaster's job is to call the action. If there is a bad call say it was then move on. Even if your team catches a break on a bad call. Mike and Mike don't do that though. When central is winning you never here a lot about the refs but when they are losing its really embarrassing.

They are by far the worst play by play guys in the state if not the nation. But if you think their basketball stinks you should hear them call a football game it's even worse. I mean the only thing lil mike knows about football is what he learned playing madden its down right terrible. 96.1 should be ashamed for letting those two on the air.

Has KC ever lost a game they didn't get cheated? If it was up to fans and they won every game they claimed they got cheated then they would be undefeated every year. Good calls/ Bad calls are part of basketball. When you are losing 10+ games a year your not that good

Yea I never listen to Mike and Mike. Any radio guys who would bash the refs against home time rival are just morons. The Radio station is located in the city of Bville and probably have sponsors who are Bville alums. That is just common sense and bad business. People who are ignorant enough to do that shouldn't be on the radio.

Anything those two say is stupid they have no clue as to what is going on. Wish someone would just pull the plug on them. If this is the best that mix96 can do then I would just do without.. No place is this day and age to have someone on the radio who has no clue to what's going on in the game other than what video game to play. And that stupid saying.... Bad lose good guys win!!! I only pray they are not calling the regional games. Never seen 2 guys who think its about them more then these 2 guys. Whoever owns this station is crazy to have them on. Or just doesn't listen....and doesn't know sports at all.

The best part of their broadcast is listening to them say how great they are. This is hilarious considering every station in the area are better. They flat out suck

I cant stand to listen to any homers on the radio. When I listen I want to hear the game without a comment on every call that doesn't go your way. Just call the game and stop whining over the refs it gets old

Noticed they aren't doing the region. The owner must have finally woke up. Surely she doesn't think these guys do a good job. Then again maybe they will make their dreaded return tonight but I hope not cause I can't make the trip. Hate to be forced to listen.

Well they sure loved North Laurel beating our boys tonight. And I know every one listening had to here the old Mike say UNFREAKINGBELIEVEABLE on the air when KC was losing the lead late in the game. Wow. How do these two still have jobs?

Well they were back for the KC/North game. Once again after the game they had to make a statement about North Laurel big man should have fouled out. Once again crying about the refs like every game they broadcast. What they didn't mention is North Laurel was in foul trouble the entire first half
