No, murder is not just killing illegally. It is also killing of the innocent. Abortion is murder.
Then defending yourself is also considered murder in many cases. If that is the case, then killing another animal that attacks you is murder. Any war is murder due to collateral damage as well.

In short, predestination means that we do not have personal agency (free will or the ability to chose for ourselves).
Foreordination means set apart for a particular purpose. Agency is not stripped.
If the plan has to change based on the actions of those involved, then it is not absolute and can be unfulfilled.

<quoted text>Absolutely... As long as folks admit that Abortion is Homicide and those that Commit Homicide should be Judged as to the if it is Justified by the courts on an individual basis just as with Self Defense and killing of a convicted murderer.. We do not just allow the person that kills in self defense to walk away without question... The facts of the individual act are presented to the prosecutors office to determine if the claim of self defense is justified... If there is not evidence such a homicide was Not Justified the person claiming self defense faces prosecution...

I am opposed to the death penalty because of the possibility of one innocent person at some point is put to death...

But I have no problem with putting a bullet in the head of a person breaking into my house, or in defense of another human life..

It's a matter of Justification, and personal inconvenience or in the case of abortion doctors, Profit... Is to me Unjustified....

Haha. You can't prove who "invented religion" any more than I can prove Adam's existence.
Made me laugh though.

Really? Numerology? No mention of the gentiles?
Are you saying that the 12 apostles were of the 12 tribes? They were not. Chauvinism runs deeply in the church - just as the Council intended...
I don't know what you are asking about numerology and the Gentiles. Can you clarify?

No, they weren't of the 12 tribes. The number of 12 apostles represents the 12 tribes. Just as the 12 oxen that hold up the temple font represents the 12 tribes of Israel.

The danger in teaching the Bible is that this book has the power to create faith even in an atheist. If it is allowed to be taught there is a strong possibility someone could be converted to Jesus Christ. Under the current world views is it possible to allow such a powerful tool for good to be taught in public schools and that before the young minds of the future?
All I can say is you certainly opened a Pandora's Box with this one. When used correctly, yes it is a very powerful tool. Sadly some never got the hang of it.

The religious can't prove ANY part of their beliefs, yet they talk about them all of the time and purport them as the inerrant factual "truth." At least my hypothesis is sound, reasonable and has some little bit of sane thinking behind it.

I'm not asking anything. You brought up numbers and symbolism, not me - go ahead and have at it.. I'll just sit back and watch the mental contortions. I inferred that the power brokers of the early church were sexual bigots who unlike Christ, chose to continue to subjugate women and that the practice has endured to this day.

It is a messy topic, as I said about a million times before.
I am not basing any of this on law. I don't care what the law says. Laws can and do change.
What I care about is basing my opinion on a firm moral footing in accordance with the best scientific evidence. Prior to about 26 weeks a fetus cannot feel pain nor is it conscious in any way. If a mother wants to get an abortion at that time it is not your business or mine.
Poverty and birth rates are closely tied. Giving women 100% control over their reproductive health is essential in reducing poverty.
Poverty is a huge source of suffering.
We want to reduce suffering, as that is the basis of morality.
That is my point.
I think you are pushing the cart with your horse... Poverty leads to more pregnancies... I doubt that more homicides leads to less poverty....

Ok my gloves are off! I tried to be nice , I didn't say it was YOUR website as "ownership" I was saying as your source of information, you IDIOT. I didn't intentionally botch another's post to make my stats look more legit, and you have the gall to call me a FRAUD! IDIOT. About the facts : I posted in my original comment that when used correctly and properly the condom was 90 - 95% effective , I was wrong ACCORDING TO THE WEBSITE YOU COLLECTED YOUR DATA FROM! it was actually 98%. Now I must ask you! Are you some sort of Mentally Disturbed/challenged person that cannot accept the FAULTS and wrongs within yourself? Sounds like it. Seek Help!
Get angry much when others point out FACTS (and flaws when FACTS are being misrepresented) do you?
Maybe some of your own parroted "advice" above, really would be helpful for you.

Nice to see you've read and acknowledge at least SOME of Planned Parenthoods' websites' very informative information though, I personally have long time found them to be very helpful!

Obviously the problems all started when we allowed them uppity females to vote and show their ankles. Now we actually let them walk around without a male escort, let them drive cars, have jobs and educations and get this - talk on cellphones. I've even heard of some women divorcing the master of their house just because he had to discipline them once in awhile. What happened to the good old days when women knew their place? In the kitchen, barefoot and pregnant. The world is going to Hell in a handbasket.
Have you slopped the hogs yet today? Fed the hens and gathered the eggs? Rowed the corn? Filled the lanterns and checked the dung heat-pattie pile?

Maybe not. But should they (churches) be going out of their way to disrupt the teaching of contraceptive use? That seems irresponsible to me, but yet it's happening.
So is the exact opposite-of promoting "loose morals"...alll over the USA. Which is actually even more irresponsible if you actually THINK about it.

If you are defending yourself, it means the attacker wishes to take your life. They aren't innocent.
Animals aren't human so that isn't murder either. War is debatable.
