I can understand why you voted for him, if not then supporting a evil worshpper is not beneath you, mabe this is why your God's choice is Obama who claims to be a christian. Perhaps you are in a stupor to believe a lie. You christians just cannot seperate paganism and apostasy, sad.

Spaceship earth wrote: <quoted text> That's a subjective observation. I did not know you had the gift of mind reading from the lord. So if what you say is true then why are some of the widdel stamping feet christians want to be secessionist? God says in the end days, rulers will be like little children, that babes shall rule over them. obama being elected was just another prophesy coming to light. That's the thing about the prophesies in the Bible, they all actually come true.

Lets say I have a vested interest in doing so. A gambler maybe, and will see during the next 4 years.

The tea-party christians want a theocratic government, like the muslims. Now it is evident that this is true. GOP party mostly made of religious fanatics and hypocrites. Back to the dark ages of christianty, burning people alive they believe are witches. Hanging those they think are preaching aspostasy. I wonder if YAA and 7th are supporting sucession also. Looking for hope wrote : You seem to know an awfully lot about the Gop tea-party Christians and what they planned to do had they succeeded in winning the electing with mornonism as you say , But what can you tell us about the virtues of this man who did win the election . What is he capable of and what are his intention for the country ? Unlike christians, I'm not a fortune teller how all this will turn out. Besides does not the bible say "all men are liars", just some get caught more often. Surely you will agree.

I've said on here before, having the stupor like obama, and even like the priest, is almost like a protection. But, there will come a time when the stupor is lifted. We'll have to wait and see what happens then.

jezus kriste just let this post die...... What do you think about that Buffy?/?? Pityful Jed just pityful...... How can you teach your children lies and believe in the invisible jealous man in the sky? I saw a quote a little while ago... "Insanity is believing your hallucinations are real. Religion is believing that other peoples' hallucinations are real." That pretty well sums it up.....

You talking about the flip flopper Mitt Romney, even other mormons would not vote for him. What does that say about you putting your trust in man since the bible says it is foolish. Maybe your soul is not as safe as you first thought. You worship the God of luck, that's not safe. Psalm 146:3 Do not trust in princes, In mortal man, in whom there is no salvation.

The courts today pose an interesting viewpoint. If you talk to god, you are praying. If god talks to you, you are schizophrenic. Basically, it is a one way street on your road trip to one of the several levels of heaven. You have the right, to pray to the diety of your choice non interruptus but, in saying "god told you to" whatever, and you instantly earn a free ride to crazy central. The Wiccan rede..; An' it harm none, Do what ye will" Seems a good basic law, generally, it means do what you please, so long as nobody gets hurt. It's only one "commandment",, seemingly simple, but there's a lot to it. Obviously one cannot physically hurt someone, but neither can one emotionally hurt someone or themselves. It says be nice to people and yourself. Spirtualism in a nutshell if you will. On the operating table of life, I do not care what religion you are, just, be nice. Puff, puff, pass.

seriously wrote: <quoted text> I'm not exactly sure of what you meant in the last part of your post. If i read it right you are suggesting that a Christian would only help because god my be pleased by his/her action of lending a helping hand. If this is what you were implying you are so wrong. I am a Christian I by no means do as I should all the time but even before I became a Christian I never failed to lend a helping hand to anyone. It's just good morals kindness is in everyone of us some just choose to ignore it... __________ I disagree with this part of your post where you were replying to Haven't Forgotten > *"It's just good morals kindness is in everyone of us some just choose to ignore it."* If I'm right in interpreting your wording where I inserted this symbol *(asterisk)- I hope that I'm correct in guessing that the edited version that I am about to write, still has the same meaning as your version. ...my version... > It's just good morals. Kindness is in everyone of us, yet some just choose to ignore it. < I'm not trying to be the grammar patrol here, or snide. My reason is because sentences can be taken out of context and easily become misinterpreted if punctuation is missing, and a word or two are missing.:) Anyhow, if you are saying that... Kindness is in EVERYONE of us... unfortunately, that is NOT true. There are too many crazies running around who have no conscience, lacking a moral compass for kindness, feelings, empathy, etc... There are plenty of "mean" people around who do not have a shred of kindness in them.

I agree, punctuation at times can be important ie: Let's eat grandmaw. Let's eat, grandmaw. However, typo and spelling errors happen. Frankly, I'm too nice a person to point them out, besides grandmaw is probably pretty tuff to chew. Puff, puff, pass.

If man has no fear of paying for his crimes, no accounting for theft, murder and rape then what will restrain him from all manor of bad deeds even against the organization he petitions to join. What better motive for goodness is everlasting burning in the pits of eternal fire, alive and suffering at the hands of an evil overlord shoving pineapples up your anus. If this singular thought is what keeps people from running amuk on earth, great, we need religion. Most people do not care what religion you are, christians embrace jews, yet to the christian, the jew is hellbound in a hand basket and frying like a hooters wing just the same,, but to them you are still "ok" because you have some sort of fear of payment in after life. If you are atheist, the bible thumpers will flee you in fear as if you are the devil herself. Bullknockers. If the fear of god keeps you from fragging me, then your religion is wonderful. My sence of basic right and wrong keeps me from fragging you. Fear of god, love of god, no god, pick one and move on, I will judge you on how you treat others, you will judge me judge me just the same. Puff, puff, pass. "yet to the christian, the jew is hellbound in a hand basket" Not true! The Children of Abraham are the clidren of the Promise! The promise that IF they have faith in God... they're ok! Tis better to be a child of Grace! Yer sense of right n wrong was instilled in you long ago!
