Exactly which laws is he breaking and how?
Bush's 2008 Trafficking Victims Protection Re-authorization Act dictates exactly how each child will be handled. According to the law each child must be united with relatives on this side of the border if possible, or given food, clothes and housing until they had had a fair hearing. They also must be provided legal representation.
10-12 are not Children?
Here is a simple test for you. If you cant legally have sex with them (In any state) they are children.
I see your claims of "men stacked like cord wood", got anything but your imagination to back that up?
**********

Who knows what Obama is doing? But, if the agents are not on the border, others will take advantage of it and come through while those who are suppose to be there are on other duty. And they are. And they are jumping fences with backpacks on their backs, digging tunnels underground and coming through to Tucson. Don’t you ever bother to look at the videos posted on line? They carry ladders and tools with them to cut through the fences. Then head on out to Tucson….

Someone on here posted that Bush put that into law to prevent child sex trafficking. I doubt Bush expected hundreds of thousands of kids would rush the border ya think. Never the less, it wouldn’t take that much to amend the law as it applies to Mexico and Canada. Obama still carries his pen around.

Your question was, what should we do with all these kids. I made reference to the fact that they aren’t all kids. Adult women are plentiful in the videos and photos posted all over the internet. If they’re old enough to have 10-12 year old kids these women are not children: my reference to that.

It is not my imagination re: rooms full of adult men waiting for whatever it is they are sitting in the rooms for. These are grown men, not kids, and clearly we should be able to tell the difference when you see rooms full of grown men stacked together in a room practically taking up every foot of space as opposed to teenage boys.

Are you for real, or just sheltered?

I am for real and worldly enough to know that photos can be misleading (especially those on political blogs). What are the stats on who is crossing. Age make-up, gender? and who is compiling the stats?
Again we have nothing but your claims.(not even these claimed photos?)
As for the border agents too busy to guard the border. Again rhetoric with nothing to back it up. However, we will assume for the sake of argument that what you say is true, wouldn't it then be up to congress to release funds (he has already asked for) to hire more?
As to amending the law. Im not sure if you are aware of this but that is also up to congress.

How hard is it to post a link to what you are talking about?
I don't visit these political blogs because they are full of half truths and outright lies (On both sides).
By the way your first link is broken. You seem to have trouble copying and pasting links. Perhaps you should ask AL for assistance, she's an expert :P
Lets assume the pictures are indicative of conditions there and that the couple hundred people in them are representative of the thousands.
What do they tell us?
That the centers are overcrowded? That we need more resources to deal with these people?
That is exactly what the President is asking congress for.
So what are you whining and carrying on about? Tell congress to rush the funds through!
Yes I saw that some in the pictures were adult. I don't know what the ratio is and unless you have hard numbers from somewhere, neither do you.
However, according to all sources the vast majority are children and it is they that are straining our resources.
So far all you have shown me is a need for more resources so these people can be housed more humanly and processed quicker.
So other than acquiring more resources what more do you want done?

Nope.
Apparently you either cannot understand or did not read the post to which you refer.
Never complained about Bush not visiting New Orleans. I complained that he turned his head while dying citizens were crying for help.
Had he helped those poor people in a timely manor the infamous picture of him flying over may have been seen as capturing one of his finest moments, instead of his worst.
I don't know about you but I would rather my leader not visit and actually work on addressing the problem, than just having his picture took, looking sympathetically down from overhead and not do a damn thing.(note: the "not doing a damn thing" is the bad part)
You were complaining. You just try to spin. Bush did plenty. You are one of the Oblamers that blame Bush for everything.

Obama couldn't lead a thirsty horse to water. He is clueless. He isn't working on the problem. He's fiddling while Rome burns.

Show me where I ever complained that Bush never visited New Orleans?
Put up or shut up.
I keep asking, what more would you have him do (under the law) that would actually help?
He has Identified the problem to congress and asked for funds to alleviate it. He has also asked that the 2008 law (the one that is at the root of this crisis) tying his hands be amended so these children can be processed more quickly.
Him going there wont build new centers, wont repeal the law, wont add border patrol agents, wont do one thing to help.
How exactly should he be doing more?
Again put up or shut up

The American Health Care Reform Act
The centuries-old oath taken by health care professionals reads,“Do no harm.” It is time for Washington lawmakers to take a similar approach when working to fix the problems that exist in our broken health care system.
Simply repealing the President's health care law is not enough—it must be replaced.
Conservatives recognize that patient-centered reforms rooted in free markets are the best way to lower costs and solve problems in our health care system. That is why the Republican Study Committee (RSC) is proud to bring forward a pragmatic, practical, and portable free-market alternative to the current health care system. Simply put, our bill is a better way forward. Specifically, H.R. 3121, the RSC's American Health Care Reform Act:...

Tort reform and a savings plan? High risk pools? Both have been proven to have insignificant savings.
That's the Republican plan?
Don't the stupid people realize that allowing insurance companies to sell across state lines only helps the insurance companies? It allows them to just sell from a state allowing the least coverage for the most money.
Why do you think companies flocked to Delaware for years to incorporate?
No plan to insure the millions of poor now insured under Obamacare?
Thats no plan, that's a f**k you moron :P

Chaos In The Republican Party as Fox News Hosts and Destroys Rick Perry

The Republican Party is crumbling as the crisis unfolds on the border. Fox News Sunday hosted Rick Perry today and promptly tore the Texas governor apart.

After asking Perry why he wants troops added to the border, Fox News Sunday host Brit Hume went after the Texas Governor’s position.

Top House Republican Admits That There Are No Grounds To Impeach President Obama

The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee admitted today that Republicans have no grounds for articles of impeachment against President Obama.

Video:

GOODLATTE: We are not working on or drawing up articles of impeachment. The Constitution is very clear as to what constitutes grounds for impeachment of the president of the United States. He has not committed the kind of criminal acts that call for that.

Cheered On By Fox News and The GOP Cliven Bundy Has Energized Anti-Government Militias

Republicans are as hate-filled as the armed militias, and mainstream media is facilitating their hate with impunity and full knowledge they are promoting violence against the government and immigrants with every Republican hate-monger they allow to spew hatred with impunity. The SPLC report warning that the Bundy standoff would inspire armed militias to rush to the border to confront immigrants may appear prophetic, but as an organization that monitors and tracks hate groups, they simply reported what the result of five years of Republican hate and fear-mongering would continue to produce; armed militias threatening violence.

I agree Mitch McConnell,Harry Reid, and Nancy Pepsi-cola need to be replaced. Need term limits, so younger elected politicians can bring new ideas and maybe work together and do something together. I don,t like Alison because she talks big here about coal while campaigning but when she gets to Washington she doesn,t know what coal is. I know McConnell doesn,t do much, but I think Alison will lose because of the fall of Obama approval rating. They say coal is bad for environment, might be, but we need to worry about China, India they are the world polluters. Our fault, we sent our jobs there because of cheap labor. no EPA. Now they are coming back. Sorry China has so much money now.
