In this instance, millions would think and be convinced, this administration has lost it`s mind.

Be sure to consider the person this election . Will they use their minds , follow the leader (regardless) or have any original insights in what to do??? There is a great need for people willing to do the things the people want, constitutional, and legal !!

I guess that might result in a popularity contest, it stands to reason that if anyone is trolling with checks and X's, they would be limited by the server which recognizes registered and non registered users by their IP and ISP. so they may only make two of the checks and X's stick.

Naturally, the troll would lose.

Here is the way healthcare is currently working. It is the same as if a person has car insurance and someone without insurance wrecks into you. Not only do you pay for your car by Law you would have to pay for theirs.
If America could use the Repub Plan of die if you don't have enough money that would solve the issue. But the Law is everyone must be seen and treated.

Ole GRANDrand is one desperate clown. haha

Rand Paul Says Earrings and Tattoos Will Save Texas for GOP

Rand Paul took a break from hounding Bill Clinton and said on Saturday that if the Republican Party does not change, it could lose the Lone Star State:“Texas will be a Democratic state within 10 years if you don’t change.” This repeats a message he gave to Republicans in Detroit a few days ago, a city where 97 percent of voters went for Obama in 2012.

Speaking in Houston, Paul said,

"That doesn’t mean we give up on what we believe in, but it means we have to be a more welcoming party. We have to welcome people of all races. We need to welcome people of all classes – business class, working class."

Don’t get excited. Paul is clearly talking about cosmetic changes, not substantive changes to Republican ideology and platform. Remember, this is the party that thinks if they get better looking candidates who smile more, voters will elect them no matter what they say or do.
In fact, if you think about it, what Paul is suggesting is impossible.

People aren’t voting Democrat because Republicans are less aesthetically pleasing. They are voting Democrat because of what Republicans are saying, and Republicans can’t say things people like without giving up what they believe in, unless they want to come across sounding like Romney, and you know how well that worked out.
That Paul is thinking more in terms of appearances than substance, however, is clear:“We need to have people with ties and without ties, with tattoos and without tattoos; with earrings, without earrings. We need a more diverse party. We need a party that looks like America.” Again, this mirrors what he told Detroit Republicans:“We need to be a more diverse party if we’re ever going to win again. We need people with tattoos, ponytails and earrings.”

Notice what he did not say: nothing about gays and lesbians. Nothing about Muslims or atheists. Nothing about the impoverished and out of work to whom his party has denied unemployment benefits and jobs.

Looks. It’s all about looks. Paul may be banking on that old adage that says perception is reality, but our perceptions depend on more than a single sense. We can hear as well as see, and even where vision is concerned, we can see Republican actions do not match their words. They attack Obama over jobs while declining to create a single job in five years. And how many votes have we had against Obamacare? It’s gotten so bad that even Obama is beating Bill O’Reilly over the head with it on national TV. As Rmuse wrote here yesterday, the GOP not only does not do anything, it does not plan to do anything.

And Paul thinks earrings and tattoos will help? Really? Paul said on Saturday,“People who are Hispanic or Latino, they have to believe that we want them in our party, so it is an attitude thing as much as it is policy.”

That is exactly what the GOP needs because as Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said back in 2012,“We’re not generating enough angry white guys to stay in business for the long term.”

The Republican Party is now reaping the results of the hatred it has been sowing since Barack Obama announced he was running for president. It is significant that Graham talked about “generating” angry white guys because that is exactly what the GOP, with the help of Fox News, has been doing since 2008. And a party that denigrates minorities and women and anyone who is not a fundamentalist Christian is asking for trouble. And asking to lose Texas.

The GOP is making voters but it is making voters for Wendy Davis. Earrings and tattoos are not the answer. It is not the ties that make Republicans so reprehensible to the majority of the American people, but the people who are wearing those ties, and that is a point no Republican alive – at least those not jumping the party – seem willing – or able – to understand.

It Is Absurd To Have Republicans In Congress Who Intend to Do Absolutely Nothing

The overriding aspect of conservatism is its adherents’ resistance to change, and since Americans first elected Barack Obama as President, Republicans began their obstructionist ways and since then have dug in their heels to oppose anything the President proposed and spent the past three years taking from the American people. In fact, over the past five years Republicans have proposed absolutely nothing to help the people and worked tirelessly to look for new ways and excuses to take more as well as keep government stagnating in its current state. There were three items in the news this past week that expose the Republican agenda has not changed despite their deplorable approval ratings that should remind Americans that Republicans hate America and its people as much as they hate the African American President. Subsequently, because there is another scheduled 10 days off for Congress, Republicans will spend February doing what they have done for five years; absolutely nothing.

It is getting absurd to have Republicans serving in Congress when they have no intention of doing the work the people sent them to Washington to do. They have already squandered a month attacking women’s right to choose and opposing extending unemployment benefits they strongly implied they would address at the beginning of the year, but because it is part of the President’s economic recovery plan, it is not going to happen. What is offensive to the American people is that Republicans claim Americans are lazy sloths, and yet they have accomplished next to nothing and are taking their second “recess” to plot more obstruction on issues the American people support like raising the minimum wage, extending unemployment benefits, or passing jobs bills the President all but begged Republicans to address. Nothing has changed for Republicans and although it is part and parcel of being a conservative, they continue to expose their hatred toward the nation and its people for twice electing an African American who is working every day for the people as leader of the Executive Branch.

Fox News Host Freaks Out Over Lego Movie’s ‘Liberal Agenda’(VIDEOS)

The Lego Movie plot is nothing new

The plot of ‘The Lego Movie’ is simple: the Lego characters are trying to save their world from a villainous, greedy bad guy. This is not a new story. It goes way back. Dickens used this plot. So did George Lucas. It’s a common theme, fighting for one’s way of life against those who would ruin it for the sake of money. Entertainment’ Weekly’s Owen Gleiberman got it:

“Using the building-block world of Lego to parody the creeping conformity of our world,‘The Lego Movie’ proves even more biting than WALL-E, because it has the sauciness to send up its own rise-of-a-hero story line.”

Oh yeah, that hero storyline is as old as it comes. It’s very popular with ancient writers as well as modern.’The Lego Movie’ has, basically, put the two tropes together and come out successful.

Fox finds fault with anything that challenges their view
On Fox Business Channel Friday morning, host Charles Payne went on the attack. With a banner reading “Hollywood Hates Business” under him, Payne began his rant, showing a crazy level of disconnect. Showing a short clip of “The Lego Movie” villain, President Business, he noted that the animated character “looks a bit like Mitt Romney.” Um. If you see your corporate leader-cum-failed Presidential candidate in an animated blocky, Lego character… That’s on you.

Payne’s guest, media analyst Paul Dergarabedian, tries to answer Payne’s question…

“Why is the head of a corporation, where they hire people, people go to work, they pay their rent, their mortgage, they put their kids through college, they feed their families, they give to charities, they give to churches — why would the CEO be an easy target?”
… but he can’t. Oh, he gives it a good Fox Business spin. But in the end, all he can really say is that ”The Lego Movie” will get kids “thinking about business.” Now, that is how a desperate Fox talking head spins something. Gotta give the guy an “A” for effort.

Cognitive dissonance strikes again

“The Lego Movie” is, when you get right down to it, a 90-minute ad for Legos. Yes, it’s a really good one but it is, nevertheless, a long commercial. These days, most children’s films are. The merchandising tie-ins alone bring in billions. Seems to me that’s the very opposite of anti-business.

Yet Fox calls “The Lego Movie”“anti-business.” Apparently, they don’t quite understand that movies are, themselves, a business. But it fits their crazy narrative to cast aspersions on Hollywood. Because Hollywood is *gasp* liberal! Never mind that Fox itself is in business in Hollywood. I guess Charles Payne forgot that.

What ”The Lego Movie” IS, is anti-conformist. Though that’s something else Fox hates. They count on conformity among their viewers. Most of whom will probably avoid “The Lego Movie” because of Fox’s cognitive dissonance. That’s their loss. If you align your movie viewing to what Fox says, you’ll end up watching dreck like “Atlas Shrugged.” Trust me,”The Lego Movie” is much better. Smarter, too.

I would say you most likely tell the truth because the local server of your ISP is where the Topix server gets your Geolocation, that Lat and Long are used to display your approximate location each time you post (if you register you can change locations shown by the edit function).

Some dial up users and a few ISP's like AOL still hide your geolcation by default.
They will appear without a location or just USA.
I live about 5 miles from Lexington, so you can see...they tell the truth.

Have a great day.
