As I've mentioned before, you idiots believe everything you're fed. There is no house in Hawaii. But you drones repeat it over and over.
Did someone send you an edited video proving that home?
:-D
Judging by the majority of the country, we don't care much for you.
Wow! Spraying bees...... You are very important. LMFAO!
**********

What I said was..........I did not read everything you said today. I came on in the AM, left for the day, came on tonight and you were STILL here. Your butt must be a pancake by now!

No we don't believe everything we read and hear......

Yes, as a matter of fact, we did see the house the Obama's were considering. Mrs. Obama does not want to live in Chicago anymore, can't say I blame her. Being from that area, I agree with her, too much snow, too many cold months. So there ya have it.

The majority of the country don't like me? Awww, breaks my heart. And you know this, how?

You're the one who said the bee's won't miss me. Yes, they are dying because people like you are scared of them and spray them. See? Get it, dufus!!!

By the way......loved the video. It's so Obamaish!

The single reason for the existence of the SCOTUS is to interpret the Constitution. Their interpretation is final.
If the Constitutions says "white" and they interpret that as meaning "black" then it IS BLACK. There are no if, ands, or buts. They are the absolute authority.

(This should be good, can't wait for this rebuttal)
LMAO!!! The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution...... not the English Common Law as was used in the WKA ruling. As you should know in 1898 we had Constitutional Law that made the citizens of the US and had not used the English Common Law since Apr 8th 1866, when the states made the citizen of the US.
Now for who interprets the Constitution, of course that would be the USSC, but only under the Laws of the Constitution.(14th amendment)

LMAO!!! The Constitution can only be interpreted under the laws of the Constitution and the intent of the framers, "The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution...."

Now will you find English Common Law in the following?

Mr. HOWARD: I now move to take up House joint resolution No. 127.

The motion was agreed to; and the Senate, as in Committee of the Whole, resumed the consideration of the joint resolution (H.R. No. 127) proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

The first amendment is to section one, declaring that all "persons born in the United States and Subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the States wherein they reside. I do not propose to say anything on that subject except that the question of citizenship has been fully discussed in this body as not to need any further elucidation, in my opinion. This amendment which I have offered is simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already, that every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country.

Offered and accepted in its entirety, ratified in 1868.

It's a shame you're so very ignorant.

The SUPREME Court interprets those laws.

I know you're lost here and feel really stupid. But if what you saw were true there would be no need for the SUPREME Court.

We educated democrats understand the republican stupidity.. We've seen you low IQrs post edited video claiming its fact, we've seen you quote crazy off the wall lies from WND, Fox, Beck, Limbaugh, all which plays on you're stupidity.

But I have to admit..... You take the cake on stupidity!

But just for the hell of it, ask your republican drones if you're right. They're 'patriots' and are always going on about the Constitution, let them tell you you're wrong.

I'm really surprised none of the tea party clowns have stepped up and told you you're an idiot.

I guess ALL republicans are stupid of this fact about the SCOTUS is THE law interpreter and enforcer.

Hey 'patriot' republicans, are you all stupid about the Constitution and the Supreme Court??

The SCOTUS says Obama is a citizen.

End of discussion.

Please continue to spin this, it's fun to watch. The post you typed agreed that I'm right. But you'll continue to say I'm wrong.

I addresses every issue.

But I can understand why you don't grasp the facts. Republicans are stupid about the facts.

Everyone knows that appointing a Supreme Court judge is a big deal for a president. Depending on a liberal judge or a conservative judge, they interpret the laws differently.

But an ignorant republican is clueless of how things in goverment work.

That's why you imbeciles voted for Bush. Because you're ignorant.

So please continue trying to think you're right, you've been proven to be politically ignorant on every name you use.... Which makes you a perfect republican... STUPID!

And my old union job has done me very well financially. Sorry you couldn't handle the work I could, and weren't able to retire as early as I was.
Kinda hurts and makes you jealous, doesn't it?
........ As you ignore me!
:-D
No, Tabby, contrary to what you might choose to believe, I wish you no harm, and if you ARE retired, and doing quite well, I congratulate you. Jealous? Nope, not me! Why should I be? Nor am I envious. I have a good life, and have been quite satisfied with it, so what would it benefit me whether you do, or do not, do well? You have showed your liberal Democrat side by trying to annoy me by suggesting things that YOU, yourself are. Personally, I wish that everyone on earth was blessed with whatever it would take to make them happy, you included. If we were all successful, and in good financial shape, then maybe the world wouldn't feel the need to fight with each other, all the time.

As for my ignoring you, let me explain something. On a normal morning, I post my Daily Joke, and move on to other things; the news, Rush Limbaugh, etc. I do quickly scan some of the postings, but only to see if I see my name, and whether or not to thank someone for something nice, that they've said to me, or to see if, when someone says something childish, and hateful to me, and whether or not I choose to answer.

In your case, I have to admit that I don't totally ignore you. Hell, friend, 90% of the time I don't even SEE you and, about 99% of THAT time, when I do, it's usually something so silly, or insulting, I just skip over it. Admit it, Tabby, the ONLY reason you're even addressing is because I advised someone to just simply ignore you.

I remember when you and I first exchanged posts. I simply attempted to be, if not "friends," per se, then acquaintances. I only wanted to know if we may have known the same people, or possibly had the same circle of friends, or even KNEW each other. It was YOU, who came back with very, very rude, and sometimes hateful rhetoric, not I. After that, I just figured that you were just one more asshole, with a bad attitude and, for the most part, our exchanges ended.

Ignore you? Not totally, but sometimes I do feel the need, after one of your more childish, or otherwise abrasive posts, to jump in and give my opinion. Now, whether or not you like it is of absolutely NO interest to me. I simply do... not... care!

One more thing; I don't care when you retired. Why should I? What business is it of mine? None. As for myself, although I can't imagine why you would care, I retired at 62 years of age, in 2008, and I'm now 67, so do the math. I would be interested to know why it seems to mean so much to you, when, at the same time, I don't give a damn.

As for why I resigned (yes, I gave them two weeks' notice), I never could, in the 12 years I was there, find anything challenging, rewarding, or otherwise, about anything having to do with manufacturing. If I wanted a particular job, I signed a bid and waited to see if I had been there long enough to get it. Forget whether I was the most qualified, or not, it grated away at me that someone beat me out of a job and, the only reason they did, was that they had been there one day longer than I. There was no sense of accomplishment; no sense of reward, nothing. If I should have a problem with management, I had to let a Shop Steward do my talking for me. I was told to shut up, and let the union rep do the talking. Half the time, or more, I knew that I could have done a much better job.

Frankly, I don't know why, in the sweet name of Jesus, that I've wasted so much of my valuable time writing this, because it's a total waste of time. I tried, originally, to be friendly, and to see how some of my old friends had done, before the building was razed. You, my friend, couldn't even summon the common decency to give me an answer. It says a lot!

The problem with the "equal Justice under the law" is that the Ct. is hampered with the law put forth by the Congress and sometimes forget to look for the law under the Constitution or the law of
common sense.

Again, it is quite possible my belief in the CHRISTIAN plus the Constitution shadows my opinion. Not that my opinion means anything.
