The single reason for the existence of the SCOTUS is to interpret the Constitution. Their interpretation is final.
If the Constitutions says "white" and they interpret that as meaning "black" then it IS BLACK. There are no if, ands, or buts. They are the absolute authority.
Please, do yourself a favor. Go (back) to school. Get at least a grade school education. Your understanding of the Constitution rates on a teabagger level.

It's a shame you're so very ignorant.
The SUPREME Court interprets those laws.
I know you're lost here and feel really stupid. But if what you saw were true there would be no need for the SUPREME Court.
We educated democrats understand the republican stupidity.. We've seen you low IQrs post edited video claiming its fact, we've seen you quote crazy off the wall lies from WND, Fox, Beck, Limbaugh, all which plays on you're stupidity.
But I have to admit..... You take the cake on stupidity!
But just for the hell of it, ask your republican drones if you're right. They're 'patriots' and are always going on about the Constitution, let them tell you you're wrong.
I'm really surprised none of the tea party clowns have stepped up and told you you're an idiot.
I guess ALL republicans are stupid of this fact about the SCOTUS is THE law interpreter and enforcer.
Hey 'patriot' republicans, are you all stupid about the Constitution and the Supreme Court??
:-D

I addresses every issue.

But I can understand why you don't grasp the facts. Republicans are stupid about the facts.

Everyone knows that appointing a Supreme Court judge is a big deal for a president. Depending on a liberal judge or a conservative judge, they interpret the laws differently.

But an ignorant republican is clueless of how things in goverment work.

That's why you imbeciles voted for Bush. Because you're ignorant.

So please continue trying to think you're right, you've been proven to be politically ignorant on every name you use.... Which makes you a perfect republican... STUPID!

This you ignoring me again?
*chuckle*
And my old union job has done me very well financially. Sorry you couldn't handle the work I could, and weren't able to retire as early as I was.
Kinda hurts and makes you jealous, doesn't it?
........ As you ignore me!
:-D
No, Tabby, contrary to what you might choose to believe, I wish you no harm, and if you ARE retired, and doing quite well, I congratulate you. Jealous? Nope, not me! Why should I be? Nor am I envious. I have a good life, and have been quite satisfied with it, so what would it benefit me whether you do, or do not, do well? You have showed your liberal Democrat side by trying to annoy me by suggesting things that YOU, yourself are. Personally, I wish that everyone on earth was blessed with whatever it would take to make them happy, you included. If we were all successful, and in good financial shape, then maybe the world wouldn't feel the need to fight with each other, all the time.

As for my ignoring you, let me explain something. On a normal morning, I post my Daily Joke, and move on to other things; the news, Rush Limbaugh, etc. I do quickly scan some of the postings, but only to see if I see my name, and whether or not to thank someone for something nice, that they've said to me, or to see if, when someone says something childish, and hateful to me, and whether or not I choose to answer.

In your case, I have to admit that I don't totally ignore you. Hell, friend, 90% of the time I don't even SEE you and, about 99% of THAT time, when I do, it's usually something so silly, or insulting, I just skip over it. Admit it, Tabby, the ONLY reason you're even addressing is because I advised someone to just simply ignore you.

I remember when you and I first exchanged posts. I simply attempted to be, if not "friends," per se, then acquaintances. I only wanted to know if we may have known the same people, or possibly had the same circle of friends, or even KNEW each other. It was YOU, who came back with very, very rude, and sometimes hateful rhetoric, not I. After that, I just figured that you were just one more asshole, with a bad attitude and, for the most part, our exchanges ended.

Ignore you? Not totally, but sometimes I do feel the need, after one of your more childish, or otherwise abrasive posts, to jump in and give my opinion. Now, whether or not you like it is of absolutely NO interest to me. I simply do... not... care!

One more thing; I don't care when you retired. Why should I? What business is it of mine? None. As for myself, although I can't imagine why you would care, I retired at 62 years of age, in 2008, and I'm now 67, so do the math. I would be interested to know why it seems to mean so much to you, when, at the same time, I don't give a damn.

As for why I resigned (yes, I gave them two weeks' notice), I never could, in the 12 years I was there, find anything challenging, rewarding, or otherwise, about anything having to do with manufacturing. If I wanted a particular job, I signed a bid and waited to see if I had been there long enough to get it. Forget whether I was the most qualified, or not, it grated away at me that someone beat me out of a job and, the only reason they did, was that they had been there one day longer than I. There was no sense of accomplishment; no sense of reward, nothing. If I should have a problem with management, I had to let a Shop Steward do my talking for me. I was told to shut up, and let the union rep do the talking. Half the time, or more, I knew that I could have done a much better job.

Frankly, I don't know why, in the sweet name of Jesus, that I've wasted so much of my valuable time writing this, because it's a total waste of time. I tried, originally, to be friendly, and to see how some of my old friends had done, before the building was razed. You, my friend, couldn't even summon the common decency to give me an answer. It says a lot!

It's the Supreme Courts decision period.

They interpret the law as they think the Constitution says.

Poor dumb Dale isn't bright enough to figure that out. He thinks a piece of paper will just up and talk..... Ghost paper lmao

Thank you so much, A.L.! I have no idea why he attacked me first, but it's not important. I've been posting my Joke of the Day every day. I guess you missed them, but I certainly appreciate your taking the time to read them, and I hope that they're entertaining to you.

I came to the conclusion, awhile ago, that arguing with some of the more "mentally challenged" folks just didn't do it for me, so I set out to try to let the folks start their day with a laugh. Again, thank you so much, and I deeply appreciate your kind words. I hope you have an absolutely wonderful day, and God bless you, my friend!

what is America to do about this man in Washington that is trying to overthrow the nation by using all means to make his own agenda the way it has got to be and not what the majority of Americans want?
Hells Bells the man wasn't even born in the US. His father was a commie. How does he know anything about democracy ? He grew up in a home that was commie. This non-American is trying to transform America by causing a complete shutdown of majority rules.

It's a good idea to keep AK-47s out of the crazies in Somalia and places like that. But the NRA will twist it into a violation of rights here. And it won't.

But either way, it won't pass so it's not even an issue.

But a bill that has no way of passing sure got you all riled up for no reason didn't it?

Nothing will ever happen to our guns. But very soon, mental inquests will be required for gun ownership and I'm 100% behind that. I'm sure you are as well? Making sure anyone with mental issues can't be around any type of gun? Right?

The Rightwing Frightwing are the ones that didn't want background checks to stop the mentally ill from getting guns. But now that I think about it the law may have cut down on a lot of Repubs buying guns. No wonder they were against it.

I've said that from day one! They will disagree, but these idiots who go on shooting sprees are most likely republican gun nuts. We can tell that just by the mental instability of republicans here.

There would be very few repub voting base with guns if mental inquests were required. I'd bet money on it.

Interesting and informative transcript . Before any negative comments, notice the
opinions come from the mouths of small business owners. They have been doing well until Obamacare...Now, they will have to either close down or cut their employees' hours. Leave it to the present government to conclude that a full-time position is 30 hours. I realize, this is Sean Hannity's interview, but these entrepreneurs are stating the obvious: This law that was established for 15 % of Americans who have no insurance is causing more harm than good. It is one big mess!

I wonder if Obama has already gathered his masses and come up with his next excuse as to why the government keeps putting bandaids on Obama's failures and tell them to come back for a checkup in 3 months. lol Used to be Bush's fault. Then it was all White people are racists. Then it was Whites don't like Obama because he is a Black man yet those Whites he accused are the Whites that voted for him. Huh? lol Then it was the Republicans that were the enemy. Obama, Nutsy Pelosi, Dirty Harry Reid, Racist Waters, Racist Rankel, Can't ever tell the truth because she is always lying Hitlary Clinton, Frank the dough boy thief, Crazy Joe Biden all were afraid to call a terrorist a terrorist so they CHANGEd the language so the terrorists wouldn't get upset yet those same two-face, lying hypocrites have no problem calling American citizens, that disagree with them...the enemy, arsonists, terrorists, hostage takers, women killers, blah, blah, blah. Their latest excuse is the racists tea part members. You know, the American citizens that Obama and his staff of clowns claim are dead and won't be heard from again. Sort of like the taliban that Obama had running out of fear for Obama and his drones, right? lol So when our leader, Obama refuses to meet the governments problems head-on and instead just says he will not negotiate or compromise, who will be the next excuse victim in January and February? When talks fail again who will be blamed for Obama's latest failure? I'm sure it will be an American enemy of his who will get the blame. Obama has a couple of more years as president and it seems he is rapidly running out of people to blame for his failures. Is that when he will turn and eat his own? lol Let's hope so! lmao
