U.S. WARNED ABOUT TERROR HIJACKING IN 2000
Documents reveal stunning reason alert disregarded

The United States had a warning in 2000 that Osama bin Laden and al-Qaida were hatching a plot for a terror hijacking but it largely ignored, according to new documentation released Monday by officials with Judicial Watch.[ http://www.judicialwatch.org/ ]

The Clinton administration disregarded the information because “nobody believed that Osama bin Laden’s organization or the Taliban could carry out such an operation,” according to Judicial Watch.

It was only months later that al-Qaida operatives, mostly from Saudi Arabia, hijacked four American passenger jets at the same time, crashing one into the Pentagon, two more in the Twin Towers in New York, and losing the fourth when passengers apparently fought back and it crashed into a Pennsylvania field, missing its apparent intended target, the White House.

For 13 years the subject report was classified “SECRET,” until it was finally declassified and released to Judicial Watch on August 29, 2013.

Clinton was leaving the White House. He had no desire to help the next administration. He should be prosecuted for the lives lost on 9/11.

CRUZ SETS NEW STANDARD FOR CONSERVATIVES
Exclusive: Joseph Farah explains how to identify RINOs in Washington

Ted Cruz is very rapidly setting the new standard for conservatism in America today. It’s just that simple. He is becoming the barometer by which you measure who the real conservatives are. If you see them attacking Cruz, you can know with absolute certainty they are part of the problem in Washington. You can know with absolute certainty they are Republicans in name only. You can know with absolute certainty that they are jealous of the new kid in town.

Cruz is everything the Washington “conservatives” are not. He’s passionate. He’s a fighter. He is not afraid to match his ideas with those of the other side. He is not afraid of the media. He is not afraid of his shadow. And he recognizes that it is far too late for Republicans and conservatives to keep doing business the same old way if there is any hope for saving America from the wrecking ball of Barack Obama and company.

Ask yourself these questions: Whom are you more likely to follow into political battle – Ted Cruz or Grover Norquist? Ted Cruz or Carly Fiorina? Ted Cruz or some unnamed Republican senator complaining about Cruz to the Washington Post?

TRUCKERS AIM FOR 'ARRESTS' IN CONGRESS
'We are coming whether they like it or not'

According to a new report Monday in US News, a coordinator for the “Truckers Ride for the Constitution” rally said truckers not only will clog highways in Washington, express their frustrations and their opposition to political agendas, they will do so emphatically.

“We are not going to ask for impeachment,” Earl Conlon told US News.“We are coming whether they like it or not. We’re not asking for impeachment, we’re asking for the arrest of everyone in government who has violated their oath of office.”

The report said Conlon had cited a citizens’ grand jury as the means for indictments. That movement already has “indicted” Obama and other federal officials, but as they are jurors convening without a court sponsorship, their charges largely have not gone far.

Conlon told US News this might be different.

“We want these people arrested, and we’re coming in with the grand jury to do it,” he told the publication.“We are going to ask the law enforcement to uphold their constitutional oath and make these arrests. If they refuse to do it, by the power of the people of the United States and the people’s grand jury, they don’t want to do it, we will.… We the people will find a way.”

You'd think those that took oaths to defend the constitution would be spearheading an effort to save our country...Not! Thank God for the real patriots , the ones that ride motorcycles, drive trucks, stand on overpasses, and of course, those that sleep with rifles thousands of miles from home in harms way! God Bless America!

So I was thinking and said why are we being so mean to Obama? Then it hit me. He does not need to experience the trucker showdown but instead he deserves yet another vacation. Why don't we send him on a trip to Africa, all expenses paid with enough fuel to get him halfway across the Atlantic. Then the plane can go on furlough. He may have bankrupted us but we can afford half a tank.

Ah it's just a thought!!

Vickie Jay Vee 15 minutes ago
He cancelled his trip to Asia....maybe he'll go now and take the wifey, and leave the kids with her mom! Another thought....maybe we can make enough moonshine to put in the tank and fly him to the moon!

And just how do you think Safeway and WalMart will get their groceries if all truckers, or even half of the trucks in this country shut down? Do you think any store has more than a couple days of stock in the back room??

Ever heard of GATT and NAFTA? The highest corporate tax on businesses in the world? The EPA regulation book is full of restrictions on 'in country' business. Non Union Labor is more than twice as expensive than foreign labor! Sure banks are involved but look at what the 'government' has become! It no longer "serves" the People, it enslaves the People. Time to take out the trash!

Reid under pressure to allow vote on military chaplains during shutdown

Republicans are pressuring Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to allow a vote on a resolution urging the military to let chaplains freely minister during the government shutdown, The Daily Caller has learned.

On Saturday, the House of Representatives passed a near unanimous resolution introduced by GOP Rep. Doug Collins of Georgia that urges the Secretary of Defense to permit military chaplains to still be able to “perform religious services and ministry” during the shutdown.

The Saturday vote came after the general counsel for the Archdiocese for the Military Services USA warned that — under current law — some military priests could even face arrest if they celebrated mass or practiced their faith on military bases during the federal government shutdown.

The bill passed the House by a near-unanimous vote on Saturday — 400 to 1. The only person to vote against it was Rep. Bill Enyart, an Illinois Democrat.

I've heard no commentator ask the following question: What if President Obama wants a default?

This is, after all, a man whose starting negotiating position is that he "will not negotiate" with Congress on spending to raise the debt ceiling. This is a position unprecedented in American history since only Congress is granted the "power of the purse".

This is a man willing to use the instrumentalities of government to punish innocent Americans.

This is a man willing to torture World War II veterans, many of whom are terminally ill and trying to see their memorial for the first and last time.

This is a man spreading panic and fear about the debt ceiling, an utterly irresponsible, reprehensible and unprecedented step by a president.

Here are the facts:

There is virtually no chance of a default, unless Obama orders a default

In fact, Dean Clancy has done an exceptional job dissecting Obama's fear-mongering over the debt ceiling.

There is virtually no chance of a default, unless Obama orders a default.

Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul are a joke and so is Jesse Benton.

Matt Belvin knows Mich McConnell and Rand Paul are RINOS (Republicans In Name Only).

Jesse Benton intentionally cost Ron Paul the Republican primary and the general election as well. He deserved the blame for that for sure.

Btw good luck with the positive outlook you have for savings in the law! It passed but is not fully implemented! So are you a physic predicting there will absolutely be savings? Sure thing there guy! Nancy is still finding out what is in it. She gets a pass, not you duh!
You somehow have the impression the savings are predicted savings. They are not.
If I say my cable bill is going down next month because many more people are going to sign up driving the costs down, that is PREDICTED savings.
IF however, I say my cable bill will go down next month because I canceled HBO that is ACTUAL savings, not predicted savings.
The government uses ACTUAL savings to pay for the bill. The government has lowered reimbursement rates for certain services saving money that will be used to pay for the law. The cost savings is tied into the actual cost because it uses a "per use" formula.

I have no idea why I am even arguing this with you because my original point concerned the discretionary budget that is being debated in congress TODAY!
Not the overall budget, not the mandatory budget Healthcare law), not any future budget, not money already budgeted (Healthcare law), but the discretionary budget before congress today.
one more time slowly so you will understand.

This is a perfect example how the Republican party thinks its members are stupid.
They are the ones who want things ADDED to the CR and raising raising the debt ceiling in order to pass it.
Neither bill has anything to do with the AHCA without it being added as a rider.
Yet they somehow want their people to believe that it is the other side that wants a shutdown. The side that is not asking for anything extra. The side that when it comes to the CR is actually asking to use Republican numbers (less than they want).
Even though THEY are the ones insisting on adding to the bills before they pass them, they are trying to convince their members that they are no responsible.
The polls suggest most their members may not be so stupid.
Have a good day folks :-)

The 21-year-old student from Georgia was cited in multiple articles as being one of the few, the proud, the successful to signed up for insurance through a federal exchange.

On his Facebook page, Chad Henderson bragged about being interviewed by "The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Chattanooga Times Free Press, The Huffington Post, Enroll America, and Politico," along with several local TV affiliates.

His story supposedly was proof that for all their glitches and problems - and the ambivalence of young people - the new health insurance exchanges were working after all.

Except it seems like it was all a lie.
