Just because your stories change around alot, I pay attention to details.... You got home... Drive up in a car and opened and closed a car door and your wife or the burglar didn't hear it? Owned the door and your wife talked to you and you walked around the corner of the house and he STILL didn't hear you? Riiiiiiiiight! That sounds believe able LMAO<quoted text>
1st I worked 18/12 hours got home at about 2:30 am; and when I opened my front door the wife had a shotgun aimed at my head!
She said someone had just tried to push the door in, I took my Colt from my holster and went back out the front and went around the house to find a man trying to get in the back! I chambered a round and told him I had a gun aimed at his head and he bolted!
Second time, I was taking a friend to the bus station at night, as we approached a traffic light (was red) the light changed green and a car that was stopped started flashing break lights and head lights, as I got closer I saw two men. One was in the drivers door trying to pull a women from the seat (she was buckled in), another was in the passengers side going through the glove box.
I jumped from my truck with my Colt in hand and placed the barrel to the 1st mans temple, he slowly backed away, I then saw a 3rd man (never saw him till he ran!) running away, and the second man raised his hands backed away turned and ran. The poor little woman never said a single word but nearly ran over my foot as she floored it and drove away!
Two more times I have pulled my weapon in defense, only once have I had to fire it. A .45 tends to change peoples mind quickly. I will only pull it from the holster if I may need to use it, I will and I have. I would not call any of them cowards...I would call them smart and alive, because they did not push the issue. The one time I used it the man did live, but after a lot of surgery!
And the other story, try didn't see you get out of the car? Hear you? SEE your headlights at night?? Again.... Just funny.
RED FLAG HERE! Unstable gun but LMAO
