ABOLISH the ENTIRE SCOTUS!
So answer is YES! Constitution created, therefore Constitution can ABOLISH! It's called a Constitutional Convention, there have been many calls for another one! Just because it has not happen YET, does not mean it will NOT happen.

Are you saying that abolishing the SCOTUS would make all their decisions void? If you're not saying that, then you haven't answered the question

THE GREATEST STORY NEVER TOLD
By: Gary Bauer

...
Christian persecution has been on the rise for years, but it seemed to reach a new level of intensity in 2010. In fact, it’s not an exaggeration to suggest that Christians in countries such as Iraq, Lebanon and Egypt now confront the prospect of extinction at the hands of radical Islam.
...
When Pope Benedict XVI recently said,”At present, Christians are the religious group which suffers most from persecution on account of its faith,” many in the Western media rolled their eyes. But various governmental and non-governmental groups (most recently the Vatican) have released reports documenting the breadth and depth of abuse against Christians the world over.
...
A comprehensive Pew Forum report earlier this year found that 70 percent of the world’s people live in countries where religious freedom is severely restricted, and that a disproportionate share of religious persecution happens in Muslim-majority countries.

Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio Racially Profiled Latinos, Federal Judge Rules

PHOENIX - Arizona lawman Joe Arpaio violated the constitutional rights of Latino drivers in his crackdown on illegal immigration, a federal judge found on Friday, and ordered him to stop using race as a factor in law enforcement decisions.

The ruling against the Maricopa County sheriff came in response to a class-action lawsuit brought by Hispanic drivers that tested whether police can target illegal immigrants without racially profiling U.S. citizens and legal residents of Hispanic origin.

U.S. District Court Judge Murray Snow ruled that the sheriff's policies violated the drivers' constitutional rights and ordered Arpaio's office to cease using race or ancestry as a grounds to stop, detain or hold occupants of vehicles - some of them in crime sweeps dubbed "saturation patrols."

He should be behind bars, probably will be before it's over.

Which side of the fence?
If you ever wondered which side of the fence you sit on, this is a great test!

If a Republican doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one.
If a Democrat doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.

If a Republican is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat.
If a Democrat is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.

If a Republican is homosexual, he quietly leads his life.
If a Democrat is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.

If a Republican is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
If a Democrat is down-and-out he wonders who is going to take care of him.

If a Republican doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
A Democrat demands that those they don't like be shut down.

If a Republican is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church.
A Democrat non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced.

If a Republican decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it.
If a Democrat decides he needs health care, he demands that the rest of us pay for his.

If a Republican reads this, he'll forward it so his friends can have a good laugh.
A Democrat will delete it because he's "offended".

Well, I forwarded it.[ditto - AL]

Coulter wants more White immigrants.

Ann Coulter wants more white immigrants. In an opinion piece published this week titled “When Did We Vote To Become Mexico?” Coulter laments the demographic changes of the last few decades, saying she wished more immigrants came from the “mother country” of Great Britain rather than Latin America.“Why can’t the country be more or less the ethnic composition it always was?” Coulter writes in the column, which appeared in WND Commentary under the heading “Invasion USA.”...

BLACK CHRISTIAN NOMINEE MAKING GOP SQUIRM
Star Parker cheers E.W. Jackson, representing party in statewide Virginia race

...
Whereas once Republican buzzwords were family and freedom,["I" STILL believe THAT]
now it is inclusion.

...
Bishop Jackson is an outspoken black Christian conservative with a law degree from Harvard. He also was just selected as the Republican nominee for lieutenant governor of Virginia.

Although Republicans are talking about black outreach, it is not, unfortunately, blacks like Jackson that they have in mind.

He is outspoken about limited government and personal freedom, about the importance of family and traditional marriage, and about doing something about the scourge of abortion.[ME TOO]

In other words, E.W. Jackson stands for everything the Republican Party once stood for.

He’s making the Republicans of inclusion squirm.

Senate Republicans Oppose Budget Blockade By Tea Party In Growing GOP Feud

WASHINGTON -- A tea party rebellion by several U.S. senators blocking progress on the federal budget may be working for them, but not for their fellow Republican lawmakers -- even ones who mostly agree with them.

Tension has occasionally been evident in the simmering, behind-the-scenes struggle between the Senate's tea party contingent and old-guard party members. But it erupted in public view on the Senate floor this week as Sens. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Susan Collins (R-Maine) revealed their displeasure with their junior colleagues.

The tea partiers -- primarily Sens. Ted Cruz (Texas), Rand Paul (Ky.), Mike Lee (Utah) and Marco Rubio (Fla.)-- are blocking the Senate from appointing conferees to a conference committee with the House to work out the radical differences between the two budgets each side has passed.

Hillary Clinton remains teflon despite Benghazi
By Scott Clement, Published: May 21, 2013
Hillary Clinton continues to get heavily positive reviews for her work as secretary of state in a new Washington Post-ABC News poll, even after renewed Republican allegations of an Obama administration related to the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya last fall.

If the Benghazi controversy has taken any toll at all on Clinton, it’s been a small one. Sixty-two percent of all Americans say they approved of the way Clinton handled her job at the state department; just 28 percent disapprove. That’s a six percentage point dip from a December Post-ABC poll just before she left the administration. The drop in approval is concentrated among conservatives (down nine points), but she has also slid from 77 to 69 percent among moderates.
Despite the modest erosion in what was sky-high support, Clinton remains among the most popular secretaries of state in recent history, matching or exceeding Condoleezza Rice and Madeleine Albright’s popularity and far more popular than Donald Rumsfeld, Warren Christopher and Alexander Haig.

Poll: Hillary Clinton tops in Iowa for 2016

By KEVIN CIRILLI | 5/24/13

Hillary Clinton beats Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Rand Paul (R-Ky.) in potential 2016 matchups in Iowa, according to a new poll Friday.

Clinton, a Democrat, would best Rubio 48 percent to 37 percent and she runs ahead of Paul 46 percent to 42 percent, the Quinnipiac University poll found.

A closer look at a potential Clinton-Paul matchup shows Paul leading among Iowa independents 44 percent to 38 percent. He also leads among men 49 percent to 39 percent. Clinton wins among women 53 percent to 34 percent.

“In general, Sen. Paul appears to be the better GOP candidate at this point in Iowa. Part of the reason may be the publicity from his recent high-profile visit to the state, but more likely is that he begins with a solid base of support — the folks who voted for his father in the 2008 and 2012 caucuses,” said Peter A. Brown, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute.

Rubio and Paul were the only two Republicans tested in the poll.
