...Re: The Myth of Liberal Tolerance
Boy! If that ain't the truth!
Remember how they picked on Sara Palin? And how she said she shops at thrift stores? But they think nothing of Michelle Obama spending $7000 on a piece of clothing...jacket or some such. That was just great wasn't it?

Liberals believe that nothing will happen to America but the ones that know better are belittled for it.
Think what they would do to Jesus today.
The U.N. and Obama will not only have gun laws but gun confiscation as in door to door.
Make sure you have an escape route for your weapons to go and not just in your house, don't let them have them.
Obama is focusing too much on gun laws while people in NY and New Jersey are still suffering. People are losing jobs daily. People are dealing with high gas prices, the price of groceries is skyrocketing. The medical care expense is high. Obama just doesn't want the taxes that went up in Jan. but another tax hike while he charged the tax payers with a 1.2 billion bill for him and his family to enriched their lives and they sure have.
1.2 billions just for the Obamas.
People, Obama is focusing on the gun law, to draw attention away from something else. What is that something else? I believe we will see very soon.

Why in heaven's name are they dragging this out!? How many witnesses do they need? Incredible!
"Pvt. Valezs last words and last concern were for the child she was carrying. Prosecutors owe it to her memory to seek justice for that child as for all the victims of the Fort Hood shootings."
Obama Admin Not Holding Ft. Hood Shooter Accountable for Killing Unborn Baby
A recent pretrial hearing of Fort Hood shooter Major Nidal Hasan provides the opportunity to again raise the question as to why prosecutors are not seeking justice for all the victims of the 2009 massacre.
At the hearing, attorneys for Hasan again confirmed their clients willingness to plead guilty to 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder.
However, under federal law and the Uniform Code of Military Justice (§919a Article 119a), there was a 14th victim the unborn child of Army Private Francheska Velez, herself killed in the shooting.
The 2004 Unborn Victims of Violence Act (UVVA) makes the killing or injuring of an unborn child during the commission of a crime a criminal offense, and allows for the prosecution of an individual who, intentionally or not, kills or injures an unborn child.
This is exactly what happened during the Fort Hood massacre (and, incidentally, during the Aurora theater shooting, albeit Colorado is one of the minority of states that do not have an unborn victims law); it is a clear instance of what originally prompted lawmakers to pass UVVA. According to a witness, Pvt. Velezs last words before dying were,My baby, my baby.

I totally agree with what you said, but what is this 1.2 billion you mentioned just for the Obama's?
I can't believe that people can go about their daily lives and not notice how much higher things are this year than last year. Food is way higher per container and per pound. Everybody is paying more and getting less, and that goes for everything you pick up in the stores. What use to be a pound of your favorite (butter/spread) is now 15oz. Little by little they are eeking out contents, changing shapes of bottles so you won't notice the big gaping bubble at the bottom. People on food stamps can not survive for two on $200 a month, yet more and more people are applying for it. Gas is going up and down, like down a penny and up a dime. And those among us who think this administration of millionaires give a rats, better look deeper into the issues. Their only interest is to sound good on TV and go home to their luxurious mansions and built in saunas and pools.
Geez are we some dumbasses or what!!?

I was pleased to have an opportunity to interview my friend Ben Shapiro about his new book Bullies: How the Lefts Culture of Fear and Intimidation Silences Americans.
What follows is a slightly edited transcript of our conversation.
First question, of course liberals would deny that they bully anyone. So lets name names; give two or three of the biggest bullies on the Left.
Oh, clearly President Obama leads off the crew. President Obama, what hes been doing with gun control is really an excellent example of it and dragging out 7 year olds to use as a backdrop for your political position and implying that those who disagree with you are morally evil and dont care if 7 year olds get shot is a pretty solid example of bullying, but obviously its not restricted to President Obama. He utilizes his office to bully in a way that no president ever has, which is amazing.

You are clueless.
Fox News is the only news channel on TV that is remotely fair and balanced and that may be why they continue to be No. 1 in cable news.
It is true Fox leans right but they always have views from both sides of the political spectrum.
Most mainstream media push their Leftist agenda at the price of truth and actual journalism.

It looks like we may have to stop slagging so much on WingNutDaily, guys. It turns out that they were named one of Americas most trustworthy news sources by an independent news organization that carefully ranked news organizations for their reliability, accuracy, quality, balance and reach. WND came in second only to the Drudge Report, and its trustworthiness was determined to be greater than other honorees such as The Blaze, Ghost Andrew Breitbart, Fox News, NewsBusters, The Weekly Standard, and, at number eight, some thing called The Wall Street Journal.

There is NO Trustworthy news channel. NONE!!! They are all owned by the large corporations who is running this country. If you are intrested in the TRUTH check out "9/11 Truth: Hollywood Speaks Out" on You Tube. Watch the whole thing. It will show you who really is running this country, how the Media covers up what their owners doesn't want us to know, how the Banks are now run by the government.(My Banker told me this as well), watch it, you will not only learn the truth but you will be in shock. I worked in demolition and I with iron and even demolished pipes with jet fuel so when I saw it I too was in shock of the facts of what is going on in this country.

the only reason the stock market isd up, is because interest rates are so low, the risk involved in the market is worth it now, anybody with a brain knows this

Control of Media---------- Later that year Wisner established Mockingbird, a program to influence the domestic American media. Wisner recruited Philip Graham (Washington Post) to run the project within the industry. Graham himself recruited others who had worked for military intelligence during the war. This included James Truitt, Russell Wiggins, Phil Geyelin, John Hayes and Alan Barth. Others like Stewart Alsop, Joseph Alsop and James Reston, were recruited from within the Georgetown Set. According to Deborah Davis (Katharine the Great): "By the early 1950s, Wisner 'owned' respected members of the New York Times, Newsweek, CBS and other communications vehicles."

In 1974 the Nugan Hand Bank got involved in helping the CIA to take part in covert arms deals with contacts within Angola. It was at this time that Edwin Wilson became involved with the bank. Two CIA agents based in Indonesia, James Hawes and Robert Moore, called on Wilson at his World Marine offices to discuss "an African arms deal". Later, Bernie Houghton arrived from Sydney to place an order for 10 million rounds of ammunition and 3,000 weapons including machine guns. The following year Houghton asked Wilson to arrange for World Marine to purchase a high-technology spy ship. This ship was then sold to Iran.
By 1976 the Nugan-Hand Bank appeared to have become a CIA-fronted company. This is reflected in the type of people recruited to hold senior positions in the bank. For example, Rear-Admiral Earl P. Yates, the former Chief of Staff for Policy and Plans of the U.S. Pacific Command and a counter-insurgency specialist, became president of the company. Other appointments included William Colby, retired director of the CIA, General Leroy J. Manor, the former chief of staff of the U.S. Pacific Command and deputy director for counterinsurgency and special activities, General Edwin F. Black, former commander of U.S. forces in Thailand, Walter J. McDonald, retired CIA deputy director for economic research, Dale C. Holmgren, former chairman of the CIA's Civil Air Transport and Guy J. Pauker, senior Republican foreign policy adviser.
One of those that Earl P. Yates brought in to help the Nugan Hand Bank was Mitchell WerBell. Yates later told the Joint Task Force on Drug Trafficking he recruited WerBell as a consultant because he "had extensive experience in Central America".
On 27th November 1979 Michael Hand wrote to Ted Shackley. It concerned a meeting the two men had recently attended in Washington: "The opportunity of meeting you again on different terms was very enjoyable and I sincerely trust that something worthwhile businesswise may surface and be profitable for both of us."
Former CIA agent, Kevin P. Mulcahy later told the National Times newspaper "about the Agency's use of Nugan Hand for shifting money for various covert operations around the globe."
The investigative journalist, Jonathan Kwitny, became convinced that the Nugan Hand Bank had replaced the Castle Bank and Trust Company in Nassau, as the CIA's covert banker. The bank, run by Paul Helliwell, was forced to close after the Internal Revenue Service discovered that he Castle Bank was laundering CIA funds and drug profits.
On 7th January 1980, Robert Wilson (House of Representatives Armed Services Committee) and Richard Ichord (chairman of the Research and Development Subcommittee of the Armed Services Committee) had dinner with Bernie Houghton at the Bourbon and Beefsteak Bar and Restaurant in Sydney.
On 27th January, 1980, Frank Nugan was found shot dead in his Mercedes Benz. With his body was a Bible that included a piece of paper. On it were written the names "Bob Wilson" and "Bill Colby". Robert Wilson was a senior member of the U.S. House of Representatives Armed Services Committee and William Colby was a former director of the CIA.

Frank Nugan joined his brother Ken Nugan, to run the family company, the Nugan Company. Whereas Michael Hand began selling development lots along the Australian coast. The company, Ocean Shores Development, was run by lawyer Fred Miller, a senior executive for the shipping empire owned by Sir Peter Abeles, the longtime business partner, Rupert Murdoch. One of the largest investors in this scheme was the singer Pat Boone. The registered directors included Boone of Beverly Hills, California and Patricia Swan of Sydney, Australia. Swan was Frank Nugan's secretary. http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/JFKnugan...

Ailes wrote about his experiences in public relations in You Are the Message: Secrets of the Master Communicators (1988). Ailes was also employed by Californians Against Unfair Tax Increases (CAUTI), an organization funded by tobacco companies, Philip Morris and RJ Reynolds. Ailes Communications earned just over $1,000,000 in commission on the campaign against the Coalition for a Healthy California, which proposed a 25 cents a pack increase in tobacco tax. His strategy was to claim that the tax increase was unfair and unnecessary government interference. Ailes claimed that his opponents were "anti-smoking zealots".
In 1991 Ailes joined up with right-wing radio talk-show host, Rush Limbaugh. He converted Limbaugh into a television performer and became executive producer of his late-night show. In 1993 Ailes became president of NBC's cable channel Consumer News and Business Channel (CNBC) and the following year launched America Talking. Ailes also hosted his own nightly show, Straight Forward.
Rupert Murdoch of News Corporation recruited Ailes in February 1996 to establish Fox News Channel (FNC). The channel was launched on 7th October, 1996. Ailes recruited a series of right-wing broadcasters such as Matt Drudge, Sean Hannity, Oliver North, Bill O'Reilly and Geraldo Rivera.

News Corporation and the Iraq War: Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation owns more than 175 titles on three continents. He publishes 40 million newspapers a week and dominates the newspaper markets in Britain, Australia and New Zealand. In a recent interview in the Sydney Daily Telegraph, Murdoch came out strongly in favour of the forthcoming war in Iraq: "We can't back down now, where you hand over the whole of the Middle East to Saddam... I think Bush is acting very morally, very correctly, and I think he is going to go on with it... I think Tony (Blair) is being extraordinary courageous and strong... It's not easy to do that living in a party which is largely composed of people who have a knee-jerk anti-Americanism and are sort of pacifist." In this article Roy Greenslade explores the reasons why Murdoch's 175 editors around the world are also backing the war with Iraq.
CNN International Network: Chris Cramer, president of CNN International Network, has recently pointed out that the US government is using the Internet to wage an "information warfare campaign" against Iraq. This has included sending messages calling them to defect to all people with Iraqi email addresses. Saddam Hussein has responded by closing down all internet service providers in Iraq. Cramer argues that the net will play a key role in the reporting of the war. He urges people to remember the quotation from Mark Twain: "A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes."

The only journal on the left that seemed to doubt the official interpretation of events was James Aronson, the editor of the National Guardian. In the first edition of the newspaper after the assassination, he used the headline:The Assassination Mystery: Kennedy and Oswald Killings Puzzle the Nation. Aronson could not understand why others on the left were not taking up a similar position.
In his book, Something to Guard: The Stormy Life of the National Guardian (1978), Aronson recalled that soon after the assassination he was contacted by a journalist working for the New York Times, who asked him if Oswald subscribed to the National Guardian. Aronson replied he could find no record of Oswald receiving the newspaper. Aronson took this opportunity to raise questions about the newspapers investigation into the assassination:I took advantage of the call to air my doubts about the lone assassin theory being fixed in the public mind. What was the New York Times doing to validate or disapprove this theory? The journalist replied Look, Jim, you worked here and you know the answer: dont look this way they wont do it.(1)
Mark Lane was probably the first person to write a detailed article questioning the official story of the assassination. He later pointed out:The obvious choice, I thought, was the Nation. Its editor, Carey McWilliams, was an acquaintance. He had often asked me to write a piece for him McWilliams seemed pleased to hear from me and delighted when I told him I had written something I wished to give to the Nation. When he learned of the subject matter, however, his manner approached panic. McWilliams told Lane:We cannot take it. We dont want it. I am sorry but we have decided not to touch that subject. Lane got the same response from the editors of Fact who said the subject matter was too controversial. It was also rejected by The Reporter, Look, Life and the Saturday Evening Post.(2)

Implies that if a woman were to suspend an aspirin between her knees, she would be unable to spread her legs without dropping the aspirin, thus, by keeping the aspirin suspended between her knees, she would be unable to engage in activities deemed sinful by crazy out-of-touch right wing nut jobs who wish to impose their religious will on the American public
