Funny how Bush43 used the same argument for lowering taxes as Dems use today to raise them.
.
Bush: " I donít care what the polls say. I donít. I think [my tax plan] is right for economic reasons. Youíve heard me talk about whatís wrong with this tax code. Itís wrong for people who are making $22,000 a year to pay a higher marginal rate on every dollar earned than someone making $200,000 a year. Polls are not going to change my opinion about what I think should happen".

I'm sorry but I must give your home work an F. You state the all wealth of the wealthiest would not equal 10% of the debt (10%=$1.5 Trillion). The US is in debt around $15 Trillion. JUST the wealthiest 400 people in the US are worth a combined $1.7 Trillion. More than your 10% number of the debt and that's JUST the first 400 people in a nation of 330 million.

(Reuters)- The net worth of the richest Americans grew by 13 percent in the past year to $1.7 trillion, Forbes magazine said on Wednesday, and a familiar cast populated the top of the annual list, including Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Larry Ellison and the Koch brothers.

Buddhist Scholar Says Norquist Pledge Is Treason, Video Goes Viral

http://www.addictinginfo.org/2012/12/03/buddh...

ď95% of the congressmen and Republican senators have sworn a written oath to someone called Grover Norquist and an organization called American For Tax Reform; that they will under no circumstances, and for no reason, raise taxes of any kind on anyone. And therefore they have taken an oath to an outside organization which is not supported by the U.S. Constitution Ė which gives Congress the right to levy taxes, to do the work of the people through the government Ėbut this is a non governmental organization, not elected by anybody and supported by big money people who are making money by not having to pay taxes.

ďAnd these people have signed a sworn oath that contradicts their oath of office. And therefore, in fact, they do have mental reservations, and they do have purpose of evasion and they are not sincerely taking their oath of office. And if they persist in that, and if they are held to that by this outside person who is not a member of the government, then they are, in fact, breaking their oath of office and they are not serving what they swore to serve the American people.Ē

Lock 'em up! Throw away the key!
Take 'em to San Quentin!

Guess Karl rove can jump in and tell you all how to think?? OOPS!! Fox kicked him and Morris off the air because they're IDIOTS!!
Birds of a feather!
Which is better? Going off the fiscal cliff or letting Obama bury future generations in dept forever?

If the Republicans give in to Obama , it will show it's their future they care about, not the country's.
Giving in to Obama will give him free reign to destroy this country just the way he plans.
it may be better to go off the cliff now at our own hands and have a chance at working our way back than to be totally buried at Obama's hands forever.
OR it may be better to let Obama have his way and let him finish destroying this country . Obama's got everybody right he wants them . We lose either way.

Obama wants to spend.Congress holds the credit card on borrowing. What is so hard to understand that the Congress should simply say,"spend what comes in,no more borrowing" same as all people out here have to do?Let the chips fall or go bankrupt. And we don`t want that,so stop.Where are the brave ones to say this?

Increase taxes now will only solve the problem for a few weeks only...
Next will be 'debt ceiling',(more borrowing)...
Anyone heard of CUT on SPENDING ???
Take all the money from every rich person, still wouldn't solve the our government overspending.
Just ask Obama how much will cost his Hawaii -Christmas vacation...???
What about benefits cut on our corrupted politicians ...???
