Poor liberal media puppet! Check the references yourself, if you can read! If you maintain that the liberal anti-American dems in the W.H., the Senate and the House are not for UN influence over civilian gun ownership, you drowned from drinking too much kool aid. I won't waste my time finding credible links to something that is public knowledge, it detracts from my time spent irritating the liberal babies and watching their responses.
Oh, by the way, what is worse than a bus load of liberals going over the edge of the Grand Canyon?
Answer: Knowing there were a few empty seats on that bus.

NOW OBAMA WANTS YOUR 401(K)
Treasury, Labor on path to nationalize retirement

Two years ago, as WND reported, the Obama administration was proceeding with a novel way to finance trillion-dollar budget deficits by forcing IRA and 401(k) holders to buy Treasury bonds by mandating the placement of government-structured annuities in their retirement accounts.

Remarkably, those financial professionals specializing in private retirement savings and the U.S. citizens investing in private retirement plans now face the possibility the Obama administration and its allies on the political left will impose rules and regulations that effectively abolish the private retirement savings and investment markets.

#Obama and #Clinton (And about a hundred or so others) Should be on trial right now for the murder of all 4 Americans in the Benghazi attack.. We had forces less than an hour away, and the criminals in office refused to send reinforcements... Also, with the drone overhead, we could have had tactical missile strikes, safely clearing the area of enemies without harming our own guys, in about ten minutes... then fighters would have been overhead just a bit after that... With marines airdropping in just a bit after that...
And that does not EVEN INCLUDE ALL of our Military Assets (Seals, CIA, ETC..) that were FAR FAR CLOSER!!!!
Obama, Clinton, Pannetta, and the rest of the White House crew are guilty of Treason!!! They should be on trial right now...

It was the biggest corporate entity for its industry in the nation and lost huge amounts of revenue to rivals who used low-wage, non-union labor in the United States to provide a cheaper product. A revolving door of top executives squandered billions by acquiring and investing in business ventures that fell flat.

It was wracked with industry over-capacity, decreased demand amid a sluggish U.S. economy, and depressed prices. Its union capitulated to billions of dollars worth of concessions and to massive layoffs in an effort to save it.

All pension programs are at risk, including ones sponsored by unions. In fact, programs like the Teamsters' Central States Pension Fund and the IAM's National Pension Fund have loopholes that suspend or eliminate all pension payments to retirees who go back to work-something more and more older Americans will be forced to do as their health care costs increase with cuts.

March 10, 2002

When Nancy Staten retired from Lucent Technologies in June, the last thing she wanted to think about was what to do with her lump-sum buyout and 401(k) account.

"To me, it was like reading stereo instructions," said Staten, who accepted a voluntary reduction/early retirement offer from Lucent, after working there 29 years.

Upon the advice of financial experts at company-sponsored seminars, Staten, 50, opted to invest her package -- which totaled more than $100,000 -- in a tax-deferred savings plan. "If I touch the money before I turn 59 1/2, I'll give most of it back to the government," she said.

Staten has yet to roll her 401(k) into an individual retirement account. Comprising company stock alone, her account totals about $3,500, with Lucent stock crashing from its late 1999 high of $84 per share to about $5.

Lucent -- and Enron -- workers are not the only Americans getting unwelcome news this year.

April 19, 2006

A federal bankruptcy court judge yesterday set the stage for beleaguered Pittsburgh Brewing to dump its $11.8 million pension plan deficit on the federal government.

U.S. District Judge M. Bruce McCullough told attorneys he will sign a order stating the pension plan, which covers 521 current and former workers and retirees, should be terminated. He asked lawyers for the company, creditors and the federal government to submit an order to that effect by Friday.

They deserve another tax break and George gave them one.

And you agree with Obama that the answer is to enslave America with debt? The politicians will have and we the people will have not under Obama's policies. 43 million Americans living at or below the poverty level, 47 million Americans depending on government food stamp rations, 25 million Americans under-employed and unemployed for 4 years and counting, Americans left on their own to die by the hands of terrorists as the USA turns a blind eye and a deaf ear, coverups at every level of government. Dumb yourself down a little more, if possible, Wallie boy.

These days, too many of our children are drinking a different kind of spiked Kool-Aid. And it’s being served to them by unwitting educators, dysfunctional celebrities, government leaders and the whole of pop culture.

What’s in the Kool-Aid? The sweet flavor of unrestrained sexual pleasure (Consequences? What consequences?), the languid taste of easy government money (“They better not cut my benefits … or grants … or services”) and the invigorating rush of “personal autonomy”(“I can make my own decisions. Who needs parents? Or God?”).

Our children are swallowing it in gulps, as they listen attentively to classroom lessons that denigrate capitalism, watch “family” shows on television that feature gender-bending characters, and listen to iPods that spew filthy words and perverted images. Undiscriminating, they slurp down the cultural flavors. But dire consequences lie just ahead for our children, unless we act now.

I just finished reading a hard-hitting new book,“Don’t Let the Kids Drink the Kool-Aid: Confronting the Left’s Assault on our Families, Faith and Freedom,” that’s a must-read for all parents who love their children. Written by the witty and insightful Marybeth Hicks, a Washington Times columnist and mother of four, the book delivers a devastating critique of our culture — and some solid ideas about how to turn things around.

Compelling and fast-moving,“Don’t Let the Kids Drink the Kool-Aid” sounds the alarm about the liberals’ aggressive assault on morals, the free market and the family — a campaign that’s steamrolling ahead under the Obama administration. The left is driving hard to redefine what it means to be human — to normalize behavior such as homosexuality, promiscuity and abortion, that damages society as much as it injures the soul, psyche and body of the person engaging in it.

In her book, Mrs. Hicks lays out a dismaying — shocking, really — array of examples that show how the left is “shaping our kids into a generation completely ignorant of the principles that have made America the extraordinary nation it is.” In their “pursuit of the liberal utopia,” the liberal Kool-Aid distributors are “toppling the three-legged stool on which our nation rests: religion, the traditional family and free-market capitalism.”

Like Kool-Aid that spoils the appetite for wholesome food, the left’s agenda “inculcates our children with the beliefs, attitudes and opinions that will predispose them to a socialist America.” Worse, the left serves a poisonous substitute: an “alternative core belief system” of “secular progressive collectivism — with all its attendant moral relativism and political correctness.”

Would have been nice if they took this approach, say, prior to November 6th…. But, yet it does not go unnoticed the ire of investigative inquiry is now directed specifically to General Petraeus and -surprisingly- NOT President Obama.

(Trevor Loudon’s NewZeal Blog) The Washington Post has been greatly embarrassed by the fact that its local editor Vernon Loeb was the ghost writer for the David Petraeus biography by Paula Broadwell and admits he was “clueless” about their sexual relationship. The paper is now making up for lost time.
