What are you talking about Anti-American????? Give me a fricken break! Why didn't you just go to your own bank? Also, like the other poster asked "Did you already sign the paper?" If so good luck in finding a notary to notarize it then. Also, why didn't you just have then notarize it at the court house?
It's apparent your not telling the whole story...
What part stupid @ss, of story you are not understanding. I walk in and they said if you are not a customer they will not notarize any document. Do you understand the document was still in my hand when they said what they said. I forgot I'm talking to an adult that has an IQ of one. Here in America we are suppose have a freedom of choice.

You have a choice to be a customer at another bank. No one forced you to bank here.

That is not the point. It is about a veteran be able go to any notary without being discriminated against, because of company policy. A veteran should be able get documents notarized by a notary, because that what notary suppose to do.
When a veteran make sacrifices and asking a notary to notarize a document, and the notary refuses is anti-American. Why can't the notary make a little sacrifice in notarizing a document.
I cannot believe how people that has posted are anti-American. Will not help a veteran or support a veteran anyway that made sacrifices for the freedom you have.
I'm a veteran and I wouldn't notarize anything for you with your attitude. I am as American as you can get. You prbably joined the service then got kicked out before you finished boot camp. That doesn't make you a veteran.

I see you got some help with "your" spelling. What branch of service were you in and how long were you in? I might be a dumbazzz but I'm not impersonating a veteran. Are you over 21 years old?

I can write and spell but who cares, just as long as you know what I mean. I am not doing a research people and I hate typing! Maybe this guy types like I normally do on here. Military men have already paid the cost hell's hell's be thankful for these men and shoe it by doing simple things.

What branch and where in Nam? What year? Why won't you answer truthfully? I doubt you were in Nam. We don't get on topix complaining about a paper not being notarized. We simply go somewhwere where they will.

UMMMM....because it is? For instance, I don't go to Forcht bank because I don't bank with them. I'm trying to figure out why your on here bitching about a bank that you DON'T bank with won't do something for you, but you failed to mention why you didn't go to your OWN bank where I'm sure they would have. Sounds like you just have a problem with everyone who doesn't BOW to you because you happen to serve in the armed forces some 40 years ago. How long have you been running around this town with that grudge? Jesus, let it go!!!

I seriously doubt that you're even a veteran. Alot of fakers claiming to be veterans so people will feel sorry for them. A real veteran wouldn't cry over something so trivial. You can prove you are if you were and not have to give personal info about yourself.

Because they are lieing to get attention. No one that spells as badly and can't form a comprehensible sentence could even pass the simple test to get in the service.

I can honestly say that I have never had a problem w PNC. I love their employees at our local bank. While I'm there they are nice to me and any other customers that are there... Always willing to help ... So I'm sure there is two sides to this story!
