you have to have your last pay check stub and they go by that then when you come in to file taxes they take the 1000 out of that

They are not Giving out anything... They are trying to get you folks to go further in debt do you can buy people trinkets and make them a profit...

Do Not Go Into Debt.... It will give them a bit more security in a bad period of time and That would be a Gift of Love.. If You take loans and are in debt and the future is not what you think it to be, your kids have nice toys but have no home to keep them in...

Let me give you a heads up.

I know someone who did this and got screwed. They tell you that you have until xxx date to pay it back. About one month before this person could pay it back, they swiped the money from his H & R Block card that had his paycheck on there. There was no notice, they stated they had the right to do this. If you do get an advance, get all the money off the card, cut it up, and never use it again. You may wake up one morning if you have money on there and not see it again.

was wondering if i still owe some from last year getting a loan i still owe like 260 if they would give me one this year?

I got a loan this year for the first time and I'm self employed and my credit sucks. They mainly look at whether you have used their service before and if you get enough back to pay them back.

They do tell you up front that if you are approved there is a fee taken off for using the service then you owe a payment January 15th and they recommend leaving the money on there to cover it. You don't have to but then they mail you a bill.

Then you are SOL for their tax loan. You have to be a customer to get it.
