When you get freezing rain or a wet snow vehicle doors can sometimes freeze and be difficult to open. There is a simple and easy solution to this problem: non-stick cooking spray. Pam is the best well known but you can use similar products made by other companies. The directions are very fast and simple:
1. Spray the product on a soft, clean cloth.
2. Wipe the product liberally on all the rubber door seals making sure not to miss places.
You are now finished. Just make sure to apply the product ahead of time, BEFORE the freezing event occurs.

I do this also. That is what allows me to make many of my truck payments in this very cold ( globally warmed) winter.
