My name is Legion: for we are many. I take many forms. I am the pill dealer who sells poison to the community. I am the promise making promise breaking corrupt politician. I am the sometimes abusive law enforcement officer who mistreats the citizens on a regular basis. I am the jailer who will mistreat and in some cases murder prisoners in jail.
I am the pious christian who professes the love for the Lord but yet on the same day hold council with the aforementioned corrupt politicians. It's almost always for personal gain. I also will just stand and watch and do nothing while the community continues to be a more unsafe and evil place to raise a family. I am the corrupt and archaic court system. I am the drug addict who breaks into homes, places of business, and in some cases break into churches to steal items to sell so I can get my next fix.
I am sometimes YOU. I will get online on sites like this one and spread hate and misinformation. I post gossip nonstop daily just because I like doing it. I like seeing the chaos it causes. The next time you stand and scratch your head and post for the millionth time "Why is my community in such bad shape?" just go back to this post and it should clearly explain and tell you the answer to your over asked and repetitive question.

Most people don't have the convenience of using social media to spread the word of how good things are in their home town so:
Anyone who wishes to expose corruption and mismanagement in their town, region or country.Particularly those who are prevented from using traditional media (print, radio or television), either through fear or reprisal or because traditional media is state-controlled or censored. The tools and bestpractices discussed here are most effective when harnessed by local people who are directly affected bythe issues they wish to expose, rather than by outside agents.
What is its purpose?
To craft a strategy for exposing incidents of corruption and other socially pertinent issues through socialmedia. To develop a way of holding politicians and others accountable to the people they are supposed toserve. To set out a framework for responsible and targeted release of sensitive information. To allowthose at the forefront of the campaign against corruption to remain safe from reprisals or from silencing. At a deeper level, the use of social media to expose corruption and mismanagement may encourage civicengagement and ultimately lead to more dynamic, demanding societies
