Vintage Slingerland 28" Timpani! Functions fine and the inside mechanics are in nice condition! Not sure of the year ( 60's I am guessing ). Has not been cleaned up, I have had it in storage ( in my home ) for years. I bought it and another back in the 90's from a vintage music store. They were used in a large Elvis tribute show. I have taken well care of it. Has some dents and dings that were there when purchased. A rubber mallet should take care of these easily, I just never took the time. I am not sure if this is brass or copper or a mixture?? Its quiet heavy. There are no cracks, etc. anywhere. The head has some small cigg burns and I thought I would have to replace it, but they never continued to get larger nor interfere with the deep, robust sound or feel of the head ( these heads are tough!) I do not know the worth of this drum in todays market ( I paid dearly back in the 90's ) I can email pics. Price is 200.00
Heck the metal should be worth that! Good for a school or that "Zeppelin" look for your kit??? Price is FIRM! Located in Barbourville.
EMAIL ME AT THE ADDRESS BELOW, I WILL NOT BE MONITORING THIS POST. Thanks!

Hi, I may interested in purchasing your drums for a theatrical touring show. Do you have a travel case for the drum? Can you ship to Wilkes-Barre, PA?
