I'm not really sure. I think you have to be bonded and the business lic. But other than that I don't know. I guess it would go by where you would start the shop. Im sure the city has its own things you have to do. You will just have to check out the laws.

I see it as Lewis rents his property & as long as he is within his property lines he can do what he wants. Its like me being your neighbor & telling you, i don't like where you put your fence, as long as your within your property you can put up whatever you want.

If I were your neighbor and put up my fence, grow trees or shrubs, etc. that endangers your view of the road when pulling out of your property, the city will make me cut or remove them. Yes, even if you own the property if anything on your property becomes a hazard in any way to others that "anything" is considered an endangerment and it's removal can be lawfully enforced.

Nothing will be done until enough "voters" call in or get up a petition and put the pressure on the mayor. If he sees he may loose enough votes it may get something moving. Also if there is a petition officially filed against this hazard, when an accident does happen it will make it much easier on the injured ( or deceased ) family to sue the crap out of not only the pawn shop but also the city. It could possibly hold the mayor and other officials personally liable since they were officially notified of the hazard ( The filed petition would be proof of notification ).

the city should make them move the cars just because it looks like a junk yard as soon as you come into town.if you were from out of town and this was the first thing you seen would you want to turn into town,I would'nt think so.

When one of those big trucks knocks someone clear through the building, killing three or four dumbfucks, and it winding up T&L's fault. Buttockses will suck buttermilk then.

The owners and instigators will have to preform sexual favors and table dances to pay that mess off.

Most Of you all Have No Life And Only Get On Here To Stir Up Stink, Most Of You Dont even Have A High School Diploma And Live off Wellfare And Have To Come In The Pawn Shop So Stop Complaining And Just Suck It Up. If It Was Your Buisness Then You Wouldnt Complain About It!!!
And No T&L Would Not Be Responsible For the Accident Since The Owner Does Not RENT the building He OWNS it! So What Could The City Do If The Were To Be An Accident?

The bottom line is, the folks who control the area around this intersection..the city officials and the owners.. could care less if your family members are mangled or killed in an accident. the only way something will be done is if one of their own is hurt or killed. The best way to solve this is for all citizens to quit buying anything there.....Let T&L continue to buy and lend all they want..just make sure they dont sell anything, that is where they make their money...Boycot the eyesore...THE PROBLEM WILL THEN SOLVE ITSELF.

I wonder why all the busy body's on the city counsel don't have a fit over that eye sore right where you turn into town. They all most had a heart attack over a bill board. I guess may be they don't want to ruffle certain peoples feathers.

How many will have to get killed in this area before something done! Locals drive with caution through there....out of town people...drive at your own risk! You don't know the hazard there!
