Concerned Citizen wrote: <quoted text>ok lets face it who really knows what happened GOD..I happen to know that Jesse is an upstanding citizen in the community. If you really think about it the questions people should be asking (1) what was that guy doing on the Jaynes' property lurking in the dark shadows of a tree and (2)how did he get up to the Jaynes' residence and (3)what was his intentions? Those are the questions everyone should be concerned about. Jesse is an upstanding citizen of the Barbourville community. If I'm not mistaking the HOTSPOT(owned by Jesse) was the only business that opened his heart and restaurant to the less fortunate children to a Christmas dinner and give out gifts. I'm sure his heart goes out to the victims family as does mine. So let's just keep everyone in our prayers. I say a drug deal gone bad or one was sleeping with the wifey

just facts wrote: <quoted text>sounds like u r the one trying to defend some drug dealer because all james and his family is are a bunch of pill poppers and dope headed theifs. apparently you r a james fan and probably getting his cut oh does his women go with the deal hope u enjoy both of them. a lot of people r resting better with him gone maybe some women will stay home now.i'm sure his family loved him but he wasn't no king, unless he was a drug king. Let me tell you something and listen closely to me.....don't ever call my God fearing mother and my family drug dealers again! They are good people and dont deserve someone like you on here talking about them. Yes, I was a James fan all the way.....he was my baby brother. I used to feed him and rock him to sleep when he was a little baby and listen to his tiny little heart beat. I know he wasn't perfect and neither is anyone else, we all have our skeletons, some just may be worse than the others, and his was no worse than anyone elses. Everyone is asking if he got shot trying to break into the Jaynes house? The answer is no! Was it a drug deal gone bad? The answer is no! If everyone on here wants to know the details then sat in the courtroom and listen to how he was set up and murdered. Listening to James' story might make you all stop and question who your neighbors are, his story might make you appreciate how every second of your lives have some kind of meaning and how very short life is....I would be ashamed all of you for assuming you knew him because his bad habits had nothing to do with the kindhearted, loving person that he really was. Nothing you say about him matters much to him now, he no longer has to fight this battle but know this he left behind a very large, very angry family to fight for him and that is exactly what we intend to do, so save your nasty comments and your nasty slurs for somebody else.

one who knows wrote: <quoted text> How many people you know dies from a gunshot to the thigh....what kind of idiot are you? There is a major artery that runs down the inner side of your leg similar to the one that runs down the inner side of your arm that they draw blood from but it is much larger. If severed the person will bleed out very quickly if someone does not know how to depress the pressure point and stop the bleeding. I'm throwing this in extra: God, in His wisdom, placed the major arteries where they would be safest. Still yet, any artery can be severed.

I think what Jesse did is awesome. Regardless of the circumstances any man that cheats with another mans wife should die. And the same with the women. We need some accountability. Infedelity needs to be punished. But the fact is that James was threathening him on jaynes property therefore he will not go to jail for this. High five Jesse.

High five Jesse. i dont know either of them very well but if jesse's wife was cheating on him he should have just left her.from what i seen on tv this morning the state cops think they have a good case of murder against both of them.

You have got to be one stupid person. James was a wonderful person with the biggest heart. No one deserves to die at another mans hands. Sounds like to me you are having issues at home. cant you keep your wife/husband at home? poor baby get over your self and talk shit somewhere else. I hope jesse and his wife are put away forever. They deserve to suffer the same way poor james did. Justice will be served. I dare your pussy ass to walk up and say this to someone face to face in his family im pretty sure you would get beat down an absent minded fuck like you deserves.

You are showing how ignorant you are by posting comments like you do. That man that died was someones loved one. If a family member of yours had died like he did then i bet you would be singing a different tune.Jessie should have turned all his anger toward hid big ugly wife. You know Jessie and Angel had time to think up a story before they called the police.Things may not have went down like they said.I am sure when the trial starts we will learn a lot more than we do now.

James was not at thier house randomly he was took there by the fat bitch. no one showed up and he was just there. And to the other persons post if your talking talking about making James out to be a saint trust me he was no saint everyone has a past and just like im sure you do. He still was human and had a heart. His heart was hughe he was a loving person who made alot of people smile and brought joy to many people. And if didnt get the pleasure of knowing him in that way then you lost out
