I have no idea of what Bill Fred was guilty of or innocent of, all i know was that he was always nice to me.
Of course i was not running in his circle.
May he rest in peace!

1996- Convicted of tax fraud for hiding $500,000+ in his tax filings from the 1980's. Sentenced to 2 years and 3 months in prison.
1996- His home 'mysteriously' burns, resulting in a legal battle with the insurance company.
1997- Convicted of promoting gambling 1st degree and possession of alcohol with intent to sell. Sentenced to 5 years in prison.
(In which his son ended up in jail for perjury, while trying to protect him)
2012- Arrested for multiple felonies (again):
'The search warrant was in reference to 2 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, 2914 counts of illegal check cashing for a deferred payment, illegal tax preparation, 3 counts of extortion, and 5 counts of forgery.
While executing the search warrant, deputies determined they also had additional charges. Those included of 6 counts of illegal possession of another persons E.B.T. card, illegal sale of alcohol, possession of a legend drug, 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, and prescription of a controlled substance not in original container.'
----------
This is just from public records by google searching his name. Mostly from appeals cases in which he lost.
So lets remember him what what he truly was. A tax cheating, alcohol selling, gambling promoting, food stamp card taking, drug dealing, money hungry crook who would hurt anyone and everyone around him for a dollar.(including his own family)
Do you have any personal stories of other things that he wasnt caught at or convicted of?
I have a comment u muct be one he refused to fuck. or he wouldn't loan you no money to get high on. Bill Fred Hamilton was on of the nicest people you would ever meet. Or maybe he refused to by your food stamp card or did buy and you canceled the card and you got turned in for fruad or he refused to buy your pills. I for one don't give a dam what you think. He is without sin cast the first. stone. and if you have any balls put your name on here.

ANd don't forget he went to prison for the same machines that are in all the store today. Knox County was so jealous of Bill Fred Hamilton they couldn't take. they had to kill him. The Man was Murder. Please put your name on here.

Damn, you people don't even let the dead sleep in peace. I thought after this guy was buried and gone that the story was over. You all need to put some funny gossip on here and let the dead rest in peace.

She's still stinkn up the creek, running her big fat mouth..looking for that attention as always. Probably running to the court house as we type, to bitch rant and rave over something she isn't getting, that she don't deserve in the first place.

You have to have respect for yourself and good moral values, not to mention some class, to respect the dead. As you can tell, most obviously do not have any of that. Parents failed these people when they were kids, and that's why they are low life individuals.

Truth is, Bill Fred did a lot of wrong. He paid a pretty high price for a lot of what he did. He also did a lot of good things, too. And the people on here who are bashing him, I guarantee you, either do, or would do, most of the same stuff Bill Fred did.

No, I'm not bashing him. I'm saying he was human, and like every single human you'll ever meet, he made mistakes.

A mistake is when you do it once or twice. It stops being a mistake when you do it knowingly all the time. Bashing just might make someone angry enough to change for the better when they wise up and see that their community doesn't think much of them.
