I claim Jesus Christ as my lord and savior, I post on topix, I drink a beer occasionally, I get mad at times and let a bad word slip, I enjoy jabing with some of those that belittle my savior, I always use scripture for proof (not my ignorant opinion).

Like I said the steadfast Christians do not get on topix. That includes myself. And apparently you.

I have made no claim of being a so called steadfast christian as a matter of fact I reject the majority of what christianity stands for... sold and bootlegged by pimps in todays churches.

Good morning oger

Here is what I am shown about this subject and how I apply it to my life.

Salvation is a free gift from God to those who believe on Jesus Christ, through faith. This free gift does not require monetary or material payment or investment. Such as, tiths, offerings, donations, seeds (lol) or so called love gifts.

Salvation does not require any type of work, frying chicken or fish, baking cookies or cakes, cutting grass or ringing bells, visiting hospitals or jails, playing music or singing.

Gods work was finished.....complete on the evening of the 6th day, there is no longer any (Gods Work) to be done.

Helping others is a good thing if you do it from a a caring and pure heart and not out of a feeling of obligation to do so called Gods Work. The person who trys to encourage one to give or work to gain Gods favor is (in my opinion) trying to pimp out the grace of God

Gods grace cannot be bought or earned, as the servives of a common harlot, especially by some pimp that promises this by an action on our part.

I repeat it is good to help those in need, especially those who believe, but that does not concern salvation or maintaining such.

This is not to refute or convince any person, simply my position.
