Thanks, you too. Good day for me to get a head start on spring cleaning, enjoy your day ; )
I have been doing mine on the freezing cold days so I can enjoy Spring outdoors. I am going to enjoy my day with family and friends at my nephew's Ponderosa, horseback riding, 4 wheelers, cookout and the Daytona 500. Have a wonderful day.

Got to shut down and grab my snacks and head to the ranch. I hope you all have an enjoyable day whatever you do. I will be cheering for Danica today. I love Jr. but today I am going with GIRL POWER. lol

Have a great day, will check back later and see if the thread has been overrun with drop in trolls with their ignorant comments. Must be the Una fans. lol Guess they didn't get the memo where he made friends here and enjoyed himself to the end.

being true to yourself and being sincerely outspoken is one thing, however, it's hard for me to find any redeeming quality in someone who attacks others with profanity and crass language. That's like saying you admire the honesty of a bigot who openly expresses his hatred of others. If you admire the fact that he could stir up anger in others by what he said here, I don't find any redeeming quality in that either.
Forgiveness and tolerance gives us humanity. A man with a sharp tongue is neither a rapist nor murder, but a man of words. And even the so called bigots come before the Great Father . The old videos of Adolph Hitler with his dog really show me a different picture as well. We are unique as humans because we have different thought processes, whether we like or abhor something someone says or does we can (1) understand that person's point of view or (2) ignore that person and pass by. Life is ours to make.

good eye there misty ! judge not lest ye be not judged; we all have freedom of speech to express our own personal opinion,(unless they've taken that away too )a right to be different . if we were all the same, then we would REALLY hate each other. at the least , it would be a dull world. I try to respect most everyones opinion, but to the hipocrites ; I say have a good day . to some on this thread, they think you have to be a member of the club or something before your aloud to speak. they call us names such as Trolls, ect. Is that just a nice version of a four-letter word like smit for brains ? practice what you preach regulars. we can all click a lemon or nuts icon.

i can only speak for myself, i did not admire una. he still owed me twenty bucks for my rim. but if i stopped having pleasant conversation with everyone that owed me money, i would have no friends.

ole UNA was on to things .....

he knew the government was responsible for the massive bird die offs ,...

it is all tied together with the contrails and fracking ,and birth control drugs in the water supply

local people saw the supper secret silent black helicopter land near his house, the night he died ,...
black opps injected him ,...and made the it look like a heat attack ,...

Hi bird threaders. It took me quite a while to catch up. I've been spending time doing things around the house as my body will allow. Between chores, I pay for it dearly.. The doc wants to put me on some pretty hard narcotics, but so far I've declined. I may be changing my mind soon.
Either that, or I may be in need of another surgery.. Bad scenario, either way. I'm still trying to pay off that other procedure from a month ago..

ON that same note, I surely wish Topix would pay me to be a troll or whatever, hehe. I'd have to take troll lessons from someone out there though, roflmbo!! Right now I'm sure we all know at least one or two users who could be great instructors in the art of Topix Trolling.. For a nominal fee and a cut of my profits, I'm sure they would gladly oblige..

And by the way, the REAL Una Farter REALLY IS gone. Someone else has his PC and is accessing his account. The only place Una moved to was the cemetery. His PC however, is still active. And it's certainly not his ghost who's posting on Topix..

Good afternoon folks. Hubby brought something interesting to my attention today. Last night we had a period of sleet, which left a heavy coating of ice pellets on our porch storage box. When the ice particles on the lid melted, it left behind a small granule of dark gravel-like substance, which was at the core of each ice crystal. It is obvious that the sleet washed out some foreign substance high up in the atmosphere, and deposited it when the sleet pellet fell to earth. Never saw anything like that before. When we were kids, we used to eat snow and accumulated ice on the ground. It's not safe anymore, and who knows what the precipitation is washing down from the atmosphere.
Not been here for some time. I went to the movie last night and it brought this thread back to mind. The movie was "Dark Skies" A very good movie if you like scary one . It had "The Grays" from UFO'S visitations, dead falling birds, secret government experiments. I think some movie producer has taken all the strange going on's and made them into a very scary movie. See the trailer. Type in "Dark Skies"
Wish you could have that strange substance analyzed to see what it was. Do you have some of it yet?

Prof. Richard Parncutt of the University of Graz, Austria, for his recent suggestion that climate skeptics deserve the death penalty.
he posted his extensive case for why the death penalty for climate skeptics would be fully just on his blog back in October.

Madame, if we were back in the days, you could perhaps chew on some coca leaves, take some poppy syrup and grow lots of weed. My Blessings are with you as always. I hope, you enjoy the warm weather around the corner. It's been a lovely weekend;) I wish you comfort and don't stress about too much. Seems like you have a little niece who loves Auntie dearly:)

Ok, so it's like Oscar night or something,, the red carpet thingy is going on now... like I could care what Reese Weathersomething is wearing,, that isn't going to impact me much,, but tonight is Walking Dead night so TV is not a total loss tonight. Seen two hawks on a limb today, most rare. So it was a good thing, yes. Ok, puppy said to walk him now,, so later dudes.

@Lala.. I read your suggestion on how I should proceed with a relationship with my best friend, but I won't jump onboard. My friend and I have both lived alone for way too long to try to reinvent a new lifestyle at this late stage in our lives. Too often, people live alone yet exist in the same house and that is even worse. Thanks, but no thanks. We have the best of both worlds and no plans to change anything.
Dog is finally back from the tree and chasing any boondock boogers, so it is time to get off here for now. I would stay longer but Topix has not sent any money. LOL Reminds me of the song with the line that says "Nothing from nothing, leaves nothing" LOL
Awwww. The matchmaker in me has failed miserably. However, consider this. Two people collecting social security can buy many more dog biscuits and chicken feed than one. Think about it. Don't get mad, I'm only teasing.

Speaking your mind will be easy today, as long as you don't mind that somebody minds their own mind. You may just want to fart because you feel good, and that's okay. However, try to be considerate of your most significant other or business partner as he or she may not be feeling quite as confident and cocky.

Yeah, but 2 people eat twice as much, have twice as many kids with their hands out, and twice as many places to go at $3.89 a gallon, use twice as much utilities and neither has even 1/2 the freedom they now enjoy... so it is a wash and the only winners are the dog and the chickens LOL

Pardon me but I won't watch the Oscars or the Walking Dead... besides did the Walking Dead walk out in front of the rednecks on the road going to the car races? LOL Maybe they should have ridden instead of walking. LOL

You know, I agree with that. You'd most likely take a cut financially if two incomes combined. Anyway, you're living the good life anyway.LOL. Why ruin a good thing? It's like fresh bread. It might look good, smell good and nice to taste on the lips, but with a little effort you get some...I mean company LOL

As far as I know, everyone is allowed to speak, and you do not need to be a "member of the club" in order to do so. Some of us have been on this thread since it began, but all are welcome to speak or to initiate new topics. The only requisite is respect for others' opinions. Speaking for myself, I usually sign on with "good morning, everyone. Newcomers are always welcome, in order to make this a dynamic thread. If only a few posted, this thread would shrivel and die on the vine. Respectfully submitted, Lala.

There are still little particles of it on the lid of the porch box. Where would one go to have it analyzed. I'm in the boonies here and I don't want to touch the stuff to collect it. I was thinking of hosing it off on one of these warm days.
