I think paul and the bank owned them together. I don't know if anyone has taken over the payments on them or not but the bad thing about those houses is you have to park in the road for I tried to rent one back a few yrs ago and decide I wouldn't like it no where to park and what would you do in the winter about getting up and down the hill I had Kids and there was no place for them to play. and then there was mowing how in the world would you hold a mower on some of those places. It is Beautiful up there but just not the ideal place for a single mother.

Sampson Hill used to be such a beautiful place in the late 50's before the state started widening 25E. It had stone walls running along a long sloping grassy lawn. It was a great place to ride sleds when it snowed. It had a long concrete drive with a turnaround at the Governors house. Oh for the good times.
