it would be nice if some of the indictments actually led to some serious jail time for these dead beats. At least we'd feel like our tax dollars weren't being so wasted/ home incarceration is a joke

I think that the ones busted for drugs should get help, not prison, prison dont help them, if they got help, and had to take help, not drug court eaither, all they are doing is making them do somthing then when its over they are still the same people and thats why there are so many repeat offenders with this stuff, maybe they should get them help and that may change alot.

If poeple lived their life the right way, then they wouldnt have to worry about being indicted every single month.

While I agree with everything you said, I wouldn't be giving spelling advice unless I made sure everything I wrote was spelled correctly. Just sayin'....

Yes go right on ahead and tell "me" that I need to learn to spell when you didnt even spell everything right yourself!

I was actually not paying attention to what i was writing and so i actually did get it screwed up but oh fu*king well big deal, I cant figure out why people like you want to be smart asses to others for stupid crap. Grow up, All i was saying is that they need to find these people help, so when they do get back home they will not fall back into the same routine as before. By locking them up and not getting them help, when they get back out they will do it again, as they always do. I in NO way aprove of drugs because its killing our younger generation, I want a better life for my kids also, thats why I would like to see them get help, to change there ways.
did you know

did you even know that these repeat drug offenders that is offered help either turn it down,or take it so they dont have to go to jail,an when they complete it there worse than before.thats why they need long prison terms so they will have time to think about it.

home incarceration sucks... almost like jail... you can smoke and what not but it isnt the funnest thing to do... i am on it right now cuz of the indictments... i posted my bond and was out for a month and a half and stayed out of trouble and house arrest was all that they could really do to me for now... cuz if they would have locked me back up they have to give me a bond and i would have got right back out so they just do it so they can feel like they have controll over what u do while you are out.... it is better than jail but not much better.. and i am not a repeat offender this is my first ever charge
