doesnt matter if he overdosed.. it was witnessed by the other inmates he begged to go to the hospital because he knew he was sick. they refused to call an ambulance and he laid there and died.

I hope his family wins a ton of money in their lawsuit. I'm just trying to figure out how they intend to do it. I haven't seen the advocate's story.

I remember reading in the corbin paper that the city police pulled him over an he swallowed whatever kind of drugs he had an when he got to the jail he went to sleep an never woke up.After he had died the girl that was with him that night told what he had done...This could be a differnt story an a differnt person, but i'm pretty sure it's the same one.

The jail is a joke just like the people that work there. Knox county needs a little of what clay county got. It's the only way things will start to turn around her in old money town. This new breed of old money is killing the county from the inside out. These people never had to work for nothing and they get all the jobs. They get these jobs on last names only and they suck as people and county leaders. Old money town is about to find this out the hard way. What I mean by old money is money that's been here for years. It's not money worked for but money that is given that is a Knox county. That is the problem from school to court house.

I got to read the advocates story concerning the lawsuit today and I must say it was bitter-sweet. Bitter and sad because of the young mans death. Sweet because our elected officials are finally finding out they're not God's. They're just people we elected to office and the merits they recieve must be earned, they didn't come with the job.

i havnt read the artical in the paper yet,i am so sorry to the family that lost thier loved one, thats sad and if what i have read the girlfriend that was with him should be held up to the same standard as the county officals, what do you guys think.?? they said after he had died she told the jail what he had taken, dosnt that make her guilty of neglegent homicide??she could have prevented his death if she had said he has taken to much.he will die oh no she would have been thought a rat.damn her boyfriend is dead but she has her status of not being a rat.i just hope that justice is served for the young mans sake thats it.

I agree with you,I hate that anyone passed away, but this young man had been taking pills for a pretty good while,an i'm sure he thought he could take that many without it doing him any harm or he wouldnt have taken them.So if he took them on his own an he died in his sleep then why should the jail be at fault? If this happened at your house i'm sure you would not say its your fault.
