Why was Brendas employment terminated?? Will the new manager do the right job? A couple things that need looked at for the new manager.

1.Things need replaced due to safety hazards/fire hazards. Inside the house not outside.

2. Try to convince the maintenance workers that they should actually work and not hang out in the street all day. There is a lot of work that needs done on the grounds daily not yearly lol.

3.Persuade the maintence staff into servicing the work orders. They show up 5 months after repairs are needed only to say "I need to go get my tools" then they never return. This is why tenants stop them to tell them.

4.The new security "officer" does not secure anything. She rarely leaves the office. She does not stop traffic coming in.

5. Please try your best to keep the trash out, not in. Its really not difficult to determine what trash is.

Just a few things that really need looked into.(from a tenants perspective) Remember the tenants are why you have your new job.

Sincerely,
Not trash

I lived here for 5 years. I was a single mother working full time and going to school. This place used to be awesome. It's so sad to see the same people that ran it for years let it get ran down! Then again, Debby was the manager then and people can say what they want but she demanded respect and she got it! She kept the place up and running like it should have! But then again Danny and Brenda have been having an affair for years and Brenda got on pills. So over that, the best low income apartment building on the entire area is ruined. 20 years ago, I couldn't have graduated from college without the assistance I got while there! I hope they get it back together soon

I hope they crack down on renters moving in others who are not on the lease. People letting their kids run wild unattended. And get rid off the thieves and the drug users.

Brenda was not on pills what kind of fuckin retard are you? the worst kind obviously... dude you hear gossip you repeat gossip and add to it and bend the shit it makes you look stupid. What drugs people do is none of my goddamn business as long as they keep their stupid asses in their apartment away from the kids. I work my old man works our rent is not free and our bills are paid and we have a "decent" car. Tell me you wouldn't want to live somewhere where rent is cheaper?? "oh hell no, i want to pay out the ass for a tiny apartment while i go to school or try to get on my feet" people that bitch about the rent being free are just mad cuz they didn't think of living here. Step away from the model glue and gold spray paint for 5 minutes to realize that any rental property hurts the property value of the surrounding houses, but make that a low income, white trash ghetto full of thieves, pillheads, a mental pygmies like yourself, and the property value sucks ballsacks. Look at the value of any home on Gary Drive with a comparable home a few streets over and you'll see a substantial difference.

Thats because the homes on gary drive are pos compared to the homes a few streets down you dumba$$ lol..The street itself is caving in and is run down. A few streets away they are well kept up. So step away from your boring and pathetic life for a moment and you will realize that duma$$..Besides if you can get a nice home on east pea at a low rate then thats spectacular!! The bluff is not as scary as the stories your moronic drunk friends have told you. You just a pu$$y!!

Whats the real thing? There is only one wannabe here. Hes a little white boy that follows the black boy around. That boy does get on my nerves. Sometimes I just wanna punch him in the face. But what do you expect? He dont even know who his dad is. He has nobody to show him how to just be himself.

So I hear that the inspections were 50-50. A lot of trashy people that either don't know how to clean. or just don't want to. Idiots. Now I hear the Bedbugs are almost in ever building. Scary

Funny, I lived in Forrest Bluff at two different times in my life. May parents moved there when it was first built back in my fifth or sixth grade year, I beleive in 82'. Had to walk all the way to 7-11 to catch the school bus, actually about a mile. I am sure there were drugs back then as well but I remember a bunch of kids who stuck together, played together, and got picked on by the social elite of Barboursville. Well then I graduated, moved out, became a Marine as well as a father. I moved back in 92' or so with my wife and kids when I got out of the Marine's and found myself un-employed. Well things didn't go so well that time. Being young and on my own I was introduced to a crowd where drugs were prevailent. Parties were abundant and we "adults" stayed home all day and played Basketball or nintendo. I started living off the system like everyone else. One day I woke up and noticed what the hell I was doing. Moved out again, started paying real rent, got a real job, and I realized when you pay for your life, you respect it more. So while I appreciate Forrest Bluff in being there for my parents as well as when I needed a hand up, it is easy to get sucked in the system and live that way. It is scary to take off and earn your way. It an be done and you will feel all the better for it. You will also hold your head high and be able to say, I did it!Now I ain't got a million dollars and probably never will. I do own or shall I say I am paying to own my house. One payment left on my car, and I am behind in my bills, but I do it, no help from the government, no not even food stamps, its hard, but I am doing it.

damn, i have to step off my soapbox and apologize...I do receive a little help from the government. I have worked so hard during my life. One day I fell off of a roof that I had been called by a family member who offered me a few bucks just to help him out. I even too k one of my sons so maybe he could get a few dollars. Well that day I fell off of that roof. Broke my leg in half, very bad...sadly only falling 8 feet. I was in and out of the hospital for a year developing diabetes as well. I was in a wheel chair for a bit, then crutches, then a leg brace, now I can walk again. However during that time I applied for dissability and got approved. So I do receive a check that is so small I forgot I get it. I don't work as much or hard as I used to, I am limited because I have never gone back to 100% and never will. Point is Yes I do receive a little help from the government, and I still work a little, what is allowable by the social security system...

Sheesh man. You just told your entire life story in 2 paragraphs. Anyhow, I currently live at Forrest Bluff and I do not get any type of assistance from gov or anyone else and never have. Just thought I would mention that. Also, Im not sure what you call "real rent" but I pay 475 here. Its cheaper than anywhere else for a nice 3 br. But its based on your income and I make pretty decent bucks for these parts anyway.
