Who cares where this idiot bought his weapon from... it's just going to be a ploy for the anti gunners to spout off about. The idiot libs are going to cry out that this is another reason not to sell weapons and to pursue taking away our 2nd amendment rights away. The article explains that the guy passed a background check with flying colors. No mistakes on the pawn store. They did what they were supposed to do.

They must be proud. They should hang a picture of Michael Hance on the wall of their shop.

People are killed with cars every day, no one makes a stink over where they bought it.

Thanks for another non-story, 10TV.

Oh my ! You mean he didn't buy it at a gun show without a background check? He bought it legally and still killed someone, unbelievable. Well, I guess closing that gun show loophole isn't gonna do much good then is it !

He probably told the pawn shop he was going hunting with it. That's the accepted line, isn't it?

Perhaps moms from Toledo should stop posting stupid comments. I wish we (Ohio) would give you (Toledo) back to Michigan.

You moron, how can you possibly conceive it's the pawn shops fault. That's like blaming a car dealer when you wreck your car. Unreal how stupid some people are. And you're a mom??? Bet your kids will have some serious issues.

The pawnshop owner did nothing wrong at all. In fact he did everything right. He submitted the required background check to the F.B.I and the guy passed it. He must have never been in any trouble before or he could not have passed. No I do not think that the pawnbroker should stop selling guns as long as he is doing it legally. This man is trying to run a profitable business. How in the heck is supposed to know what each customer is thinking when they make a purchase? I feel bad about the killing and my deepest regards go out but this particular thread should have never been started. Once again this is a prime example of the idiot libs looking for yet another reason to try and take away my second amendment rights by trying to put a spin on a story to make it seem as if there was some wrong doing in the sell of the firearm. Proven wrong yet again let us hear the rest of the excuses that are soon to follow.
