I can believe this... It's sad the lengths Eric conn will go to win a case, we see this in his pathetic advertising. He needs to find a new face for his campaign because his ugly face makes me sick... I love the photos of him looking angry lol.

This is a suit filed by two ssa empoloyees. The feds reviewed the case and said they WILL NOT get involved. Therefore this must be a case of two ssa employees trying to strike it rich by slandering Mr. Conn. Don't think for one minute that if the feds thought they could bury conn and get money back they wouldn't jump at the chance to do so.

How much are we talkin here? If this is true and I'm sure it is how much are they thinking conn will have to pay back? It says he made 3.8 million in 2010, I bet that number has gone down significantly since that judge retired those numbers would be good to see for purposes of this case.

I also believe its funny that his ads now say he doesn't care if SSA like him when in the past he bragged about his close relationship with them and has had several private meeting with SSA in his very own office, they are scared of him now, lol. I know for a fact that Greg and other higher ups from prestonsburg SSA have personally been to his office in several occasions!

That relationship should be looked at too. SSA used to do a lot more favors for Eric than they did other attorneys... It's really no wonder he was able to rack up do much money.

A couple other judges and staff of the hearing office have been to his office for his birthday parties and the release of the abe Lincoln statue! It's about time all of this came to a screeching HAULT!!

No more favors for him and steeling of cases from DB and see how much money he makes in a year. I bet his uneducated staff won't be paid like high dollar executives anymore.

I think each and every case Eric and the judge "tried" should be done over at their expense. There are way too many young people who have never worked and had no reason not to (other than their drug addicts and sellers.) I live in a small community, drugs every way you turn and SSI Checks the first of every month for all of them. I worked for 40 years and when I get my Social Security check and my retirement check every month I don't feel like I'm getting something for nothing - I earned those checks. I didn't fake i.e. nerve problems, seizures, panic attacks, back hurt, no education, etc. Just think of the millions of dollars that have been wasted. No wonder SS is broke.

I could not agree with you more! I'm so tired of going to Walmart on the first while the SSI recipients cash there checks with a coach purse and iPhone in hand.

It just isn't fair for those of us that work hard everyday. Eric cheated the system for them to get those checks and he does need to pay that money back, I'd bet that Eric isn't even worried about this he probably paid a high dollar lawyer from LA to get him out of it like he does everything else.

Got my letter sat that my case would be reviewed, the letter said. it was approved by judge daugherty. makes me worry a lot
