No the attorney is not stupid - he was hired to protect his client and the guy in question was asked to do a job for $25.00 and so he took that ungodly job because he is completely broke and was hungry. I wonder what you would do if you where in his position anyway this man was set up. It's kind of funny they told him where to go to do that and than all of a sudden someone of authority was there, it was in no man's land kind of funny they where there at the same place and time he was asked to do that horrible deed.
I think what he did was just horrible since i am a animal lover myself. But can I judge him for what he did I was not in his position, I dont know what I would if I needed money that bad.
The government dont help everyone that is a us citizen but they will allow immigrates to come here and live scott free heck they even give them money to start a life here on and than give them citiizenship. No wonder the US is in such crappy condition they give are money away to everyone else but there own, unless you are a x president you will get paid for the rest of your life for 4 years of work that's bull they should have to get out there and find them a new job instead of living scott free for the rest of there life.
Just my thoughts on why some people may do some stupid crap when they are down and out.

and the public defender saying hes innocent..lmao...so i guess its ok for anyone to kill their dog in their backyard?..with a hammer???!?!?comeone now...letme hit you in the head with a hammer and see if you die instantly...IDIOT..how could you repeatedly hit a dog in the head with a hammer??Sick!!!Thats what the vets are for...a controlled, closed enviroment to be peacefully put to sleep at by a professional...or would you rather do it at the neighorhood block party in front of all the neighorhood kids performed by some out of work bum that doesnt know what the hell is going on?Common sense people...you cant just go around killing whatever you want

Daily Horoscope for December 1

Sagittarius

As much as the robust Archer would like to indulge, today you must mind your health. If you go out to celebrate the holidays, go easy on the rich foods and spirits. Too much alcohol and you might find yourself saying the absolute wrong thing to the right person, thus blowing what could be a perfectly lovely evening. Strive for moderation.
