Does anyone know who owns van winkle lake? I would like to do some photography there but don't want to trespass. I am especially interested in the dam area. Thanks!

I use to be friends with the people who use to own the property ajoining the dam and have explored much of that area. I think you should contact city hall to find the owner of the dam. or ask the owners of the house closest to the dam I do not know who the currrent owners are my friend moved quite a few years ago
