Me and my family are from south Mississippi and are wanting to spend a white Christmas in the Mountains. I know snow cannot be a 100% sure thing, especially on any given date. But, are the odds pretty good for there to be snow in the Banner Elk and Boone vicinity even though it might not snow on Christmas. We are wanting to get a cabin for about 5 days.
Hopefully if this global warming keeps I am sure me and my family could experience a white christmas next year...I hope so!
