Went to this place tonight. Food was very good but a little overpriced. Ambience is good. The best part of the evening was watching all of the displaced Yankees - you know, by way of Florida - come in. What a trip........ain't the NC mountains I knew as a kid....it's more like Cary -

Hey, all those "displaced" Yankees pay lots of taxes to NC and the High Country! Their taxes are the major factor in being able to provide the high quality of education we have in Watauga & Avery Counties! Best stay in Hildebran!
