Waterfront lots for sale on Banks Lake?

Does anybody know if there are ever any waterfront lots for sale on Banks Lake,
and how expensive the land it, lets say per acre?

There will be very little to no waterfront lots on Banks Lake available. The overwhelming majority of land around the lake is public (federal property or Bureau of Land Management)because it is a man made lake originally intended to irrigate the Columbia Basin. Even the homes in Electric City (except for 2 or 3) that are "on the lake" do not have water access. Their land ends quite a bit up the bank due to the easement of sorts.

I have heard of 99 or so acres being advertised for sale. I was told the land is on the North side of the lake opposite Electric City. The asking price was apparently $2 million but I have not been able to find this add as of yet. In fact I ran across you posting while searching for this property. Good luck.

i do have a 1.3 acre,in moses lake,water front and is for sale for 300,000.but i will sale it for 275,000.is the last one available. 3916 shorecrest Dr.NE.,moses lake
