What the hell do you actually want with scum of the earth sperm donar. I believe he just got out of jail for the umpteth time! Not sure where is staying b/c his grandmother passed away which was where he had lived until he was arrested. A few time for hitting his grandmother. He around Bangor somewhere try the local drug dealer he would have the info.

I knew him when we were kids. He reminded me of Ted Bundy. Very handsome...and crazy. I always thought he would grow up to be a killer or something. Im pretty sure he used to hit his gram even when we were in school. I hope he is ok, because I won't wish death on anyone. But there was just always something "off" about him...

I know Nick from High School, I never hung around him that much and while what you people say about him is fairly accurate, can we be a little more heartless. He crashed his car, although it is a horrible wreck and the accident happened around 2:ooam. I am sure we can all draw conclussions about his condition but let's just let this play out. You are making him out to be some psychotic mass murderer. Hopefully he is ok and maybe this will be a wake up call for Nick. I am glad no one else was hurt.

Well I knew him from back in the day as well, and he thinks that he is invincible. Hopefully this will show that he is not, but who knows with him. This is not the first crazy accident he has been in. I hope that they find him soon, because I am sure that he is hurt very badly and is just to scared to go the hospital. Either way he is in trouble now, he should just turn himself in and make it easier for everybody including him.

I know him and some of his family, he is most positively a crazy psychotic man!!! I believe he would hurt someone, no doubt in my mind. He can go off at any time!!! Thank our good Lord no one was in his car. I pray they find him and put him away and throw away the key... sick boy needs lots of help. this town and its people will be safer..

It was not even his car, nor did he have his license to drive a car..

He has always used people to get places.

I dont know how to contact him, nor would I want to. He would not be on the streets hiding, If I knew where he was. He would be in custody.

he has to be in one of 4 or 5 places
1. he made it to his fathers who lives near there
2. he made it to the guys brother who lives where all the ecstasy was being made (cant remember his name)
3. he made it to a phone somewhere and he is at his moms in bethlehem/allentown
4. he has contacts in jersay, could be anywhere there.
5. he has contacts in arizona if he was lucky enough that he only suffered minor injuries, and believe me this is one lucky guy when it comes to things like that.
6. hes dead in those woods somewhere
if they continue to look for nicholas spearmint they will neevr find him, the guy is way to street smart to be found that way. he usually disappears from the are for a cpl years at most when the stuff hits the fan (i.e. new jersey/arizona) and im assuming if hes not dead in those woods, he wont resurface until the statute of limitations is up for this case. Ashley im sorry u have to go through this as your a great person and im sure you are doing a wonderful job with his son, hope all is well with you.

So my friend told me about this little website here, and for everybody to make him the hilight of the day is ridiculous. We have not been together for years, yes I still care, but let it go. He was in a major accident, who cares what kind of person he is, what is more important is that nobody should have to be talked about when possibly there life is over.

Spearmint is an interesting dude. He pushes the envelope a bit to far sometimes but he's not a Ted Bundy by any means. Dumbass yes. I was at the scene of the accident and saw the car. No blood anywhere. Couldn't believe it. The lucky son of a bitch walked away. And I'll tell you what, those State Troopers were pissed they had to get a chopper and decay dogs to look for the driver. If you're reading this Nick as long as they can't proof who was driving the car they can't charge anyone for anything. So never crack and give in to doing anything. Even if they say they have witness's. They'll try anything and everything if they get their hands on you. Trust me. The whole witness thing is rubbish. Remember innocent until proven guilty. If the next time I talk to you and I find out you stayed clean I'll shake your hand. Try to relax on the making bad decisions lifestyle. It will catch up with you... Later. JMA

Heard he staged the whole thing - crashed the car and had someone waiting to drive him away. That is the only logical answer. No one could have survived that crash.
