Pocono roads took deadly toll in 2010

Think unmarked cars, speed limit, etc. enforcement, meaningful fines.

Think real drivers education, tours of the morgue, community service, school credits for rescue squad and fire departments.

The crown victs are easy to spot, but the chargers are dime a dozen in many different configurations.
