Americans across the country have had enough of taxing us for government mistakes and greed. Who will the government tax when the middle and upper class have no more to spare? Our freedoms are slowly being taken away from us in every possible way. We vote our leaders in to work for us, not the other way around. Just look at your paycheck, your monthly bills, your real estate taxes and you will see just how much you are working for the government. Taxes upon taxes with no reason other than the government can impose them on hard working Americans. Too many "experts" out there spend to much time devising ways to double talk Americans. Health care, our educational system, the Social Security debate, Medicare, Social Services for illegal immigrants, this is where are tax dollars are going. Numbers are spewed across the news media that are so astronomical that there is no way to have checks and balances of where the money is truly going. What happen to all the JOBS the stimulus plan was suppose to create? How will we ever be able to pay down the amount that said was needed to stimulate the economy? What happened to the crisis that has all in fear a couple of months ago? All talk and no action. This is why Americans are having tea parties. Unfortunately, we do not have the time or money to have a true tea party, dressed to the hilt, being served in lavish settings like our government officials. Nancy Pelosi has an agenda to fill. Yet, we as Americans do not have to assist her in filling it to the brink. She, as many know is involved in the tuna industry. Bills were passed to protect her source of income, by making sure the employees of this company have little rights and receive minimum pay. She wants all Americans to be "THE SAME." No rewards for hard work, determination, and creativity. Doling out a couple of dollars here and there to us and promising to bring down "corporations" for their evil ways. Yes, many corporations did not do the right thing, yet, many government officials are involved in these corporations. Why? To help them get elected.....More to come.......BTHEKID

obama "The muslim King", you have to look at his home, his car, his jet, and his lavish lifestyle to see that what he preaches is not what he practices. The middle class, who for years have been silent for too long, are finding the time to stand up for their rights as Americans. Grass root Tea Parties are growing in numbers. We can no longer stand by and let illegal immigrants have parades for their "rights" and fly their flag over ours, we are the ones paying for their freedom to live in America. Colleges across America are teaching what they want to teach instead of true history. Textbooks are being rewritten to impose the extreme left wing baby killer theories and ideals. We must keep America a place where the American Dream can be achieved by reaping what you sow. Too many are living off the blood, sweat, and tears of hardworking Americans. I found out today that our Flag is not even made in this country anymore. It's made by a bunch of American hate'n communists. And some people and Groups are tring to make people feel bad for flying the American Flag. I say hang your flag, do not be afraid to stand up for what you believe in. For too long we Americans have been told to be politically correct. Who is deciding what we should and should not say? I just call it like I see it but I'm called a racist for stating the very obvious. Small towns across the United States are becoming ghost towns. Hospitals are closing and doctors are walking away for their practices. Middle class Americans parents have to decide on whether to send their children to college or pay their mortgage. We have a Declaration of Indepdence and Constitution that is being compromised and interrupted by too many that do not have Americans best interest at heart, people like obama and his people. Our forefathers set the guidelines in place. It is up to all to protect these valuable documents from destruction...God, Guns, Country and Family......BTHEKID

I totally agree with you 100%! I think maybe you should run for some kind of public office in your town and slowly climb the ranks to become maybe a govenor, senator, or congressman oneday. Don't say you aren't educated enough, cause the ones that are educated and are in there right now don't seem to be so smart after all......I'm sure you would have plenty of support for an election run with these kind of valid and important points you have made.

What you say may be true but it doesn't change the fact that your evil 1% pay nearly 40% of all income taxes. The bottom 50% pay less than 3%.

It stands to reason that if you provide tax relief, it will be the folks who actually pay taxes who benefit most from it.

So, nancy Pelosi now thinks its a great idea to WIndFall tax my 401k, after working for 3 years and suirreling away a little cash for my retirement, so I dont have to worry about giving walmart $4 for my generic prescriptions, because we need to help out the 'poor' some more.
Ironic, at this time, I am almost 50, work in the healthcare field, am losing my job in September,
I have watched multitudes of tenncare recipients come in and out of this office with various cellphones, blackberrys, etc, getting free healthcare with no copay, while I cant affor to take time off my job let alone pay my $50 copay to see the dr. I am appaled by Tenncare patients getting tummy tucks, breast reductions, etc, at taxpayer expense. I am sickened by the disability cheats who aren't anymore disabled than me, the obese who wont have gastric bypass, Good Lord, I get thin I have to get a job, yes, I have documented cases in my office where this has happened. I am sick of helping the poor who CHOOSE to be that way. I am tired of 40% of the Obama population who dont have to work daily telling me they are still praying for HOPE and Change. I am mad as hell about losing my job because of pisspoor tenncare reimbursement rates putting us out of business. I am tired of the same patients who cant even lift their cellphones to call and CANCEL their appointment, just no show, therey costing us money by not filling their vacant slot.

Let's look at this, shall we? First of all the "windfall tax on your 401k" was an urban legend or Internet hoax that was spread AND debunked years ago. I can give you the links, if you wish.

Secondly, I can understand why you would be upset if someone was having cosmetic surgery billed to TennCare. However, I think the person performing that surgery would be guilty of Welfare fraud as well, wouldn't he? If I had personal knowledge of this abuse of the system, you'd better believe I would report it immediately.

Lastly, I hope conditions change and either you do not lose your job or you get an even better one where everyone is honest.
