The citizens of Orangw Grove really need to do some homework on this facility. This does not sound very good for the lives and health of the residents.

Investigate!!!!!!

And 624 is already dangerous enough now. The additionally oilfield traffic is going to be DANGEROUS!

This is going to be a dumping site for all the crap that comes from the oil wells. A disposal site not a caliche pit!

get with your neighbors or your neighbors neighbors. No one is posting here about meetings. Just as they have every right to clear their property, we have every right to meet and discuss their potential business and their likes without them in attendance, as we should.

Knowledge is power, let's keep it in the right hands.

Why should they even attend our meetings? Did they inform anyone about what they're building there? Nope! It took one concerned citizen to figure it out.

THEY SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO KNOW OUR BUSINESS SINCE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN FORTHCOMMING AND THEY ARE ALL CONVICTED FELLONS WHO HAVE DONE THIS PIT CRAP BEFORE IN BEN BOLT, ALICE, AND ZAPATA COUNTY. THEY GOT NOTHING MORE THAN A 3000.00 SLAP ON THE WRIST. WE ARE STRONGER AND HAVE MORE RESOURCES AND CAN PUSH THEM DOWN THE ROAD. THEY ARE LYING SCUM. FOLLOW THE MONEY ITS ALL PUBLIC RECORD, WE'VE GOT THEM ON THE ROPES ITS TIME TO BRING THE HAMMER DOWN AND PRESERVE OUR COMUNITY THE WAY WE WANT IT. LET YHEM PUT THAT CRAP OR WASH IN THIER BACKYARD OR RANCH I KNOW BURRIS HAS ROOM AT HIS RANCH OR MAYBE HIS XWIFE TOOK IT FROM HIM?

I was headed to Alice down 281 and saw several 18 wheeler trucks to the left at Texas Elite Trucking and oil or something was spewing out of the back onto the ground. Someone needs to check that out because it didn't look to me like it was safe to dump?

Yes we need to stand up to this. This affects almost all of in of that drink from a water well in orange grove. 96% of the people in og drink from a water well.

This company wants do this, from their December 3 2012 letter to potential clients.
Quote: " with this new company surface equities environmental LLC, we will BE ABLE TO ACCEPT , handle and treat, dispose of all non hazardous oilfeild waste, mobile recycling to store, handle, treat production water and fracture flow back water, also a modern wash rack for containers and tanker trucks.

They are telling "clients" this is what they r prepared to do. They only applied for a oilfeild truck tanker wash.

Frac flow back contains 750. Chemicals toxic chemicals, and 650+ of these are known carcinogens (Cancer causing agents)

Frac flow Back waste from each drilling rig can make 200-300 tanker trucks of waste. That's each well. They will try to bring in thousands of trucks a year, with trillion of gallons of toxic waste.

A government loophole allows the oilfeild to call this toxic waste non hazardous, but even the EPA states in there own documents that these non hazardous waste cause cancer and other things.

Cancer, birth defects, tumors, organ failure, nose bleeds, breathing problems, still births all these in humans and animals.

Contact the of mayor tell them you want a town hall meeting, contact mike Sims at the railroad commission in Austin tell him you want the permit and any future permit applications denied, tell him you want a hearing about this permit and you want to be notified. Channel 10 did a new story on this, watch it, tell channel 10 you want a follow up.

We need to stop this for our families, our future, our livestock and livelyhood.

We need to ban together! This concerns all of use

Use the internet, its a great tool to educate yourself about these health hazards.
