Which means you are a family member or were working for Lucio. Hope he paid you, because he did not pay any of his other employees.
You are correct Rick did own money to several people, because of Lucio. He owned the Electric, Water, Gas all because Lucio always had an excuse for not paying. Rick got feed up with Lucio’s lies and bullshit and threw him out.
Lucio did not have any problem making money while at Ricks’, any idiot can make money when they do not pay rent and utilities.
Lucio is a TFM (Typical Fuc&ing Mexican)looking for a free handoout!

Alberto's Mexican restaurant will be open as long as the owner/landlord lets Lucio slide on paying the rent and utilities.
Luico has 0 credit he cannot get electrict, gas, water unless he coughs up a big security deposit. Or finds someone to loan him the money to get hooked up. Then he will be double-dipping!
He will owe the Landlord plus who-ever put up the $'s for utilities.
At any rate he will only last a few months like he did at Z's and the Buckhorn.
Lucio better pray the Texas Health Dept out of Austin never comes in for inspection...."They will nail the doors shut"! NASTY KITCHEN

I don't think that is what he meant by people he owes money to Rick owes money to other people he hasn't paid just like Lucio the owner of the restaurant not the city besides the utilities were not under ricks name Lucio's pays the city not rick if he paid or not is none of my concern. The way i see it they're are just as bad as one another and you well it sounds like Lucio owes you money or you yourself are rick trying to get back at him either way I suggest you stop be a man and go up to him personally this isn't the way.

As for you if you are any real Law I suggest you stop and remove your comment this is slander and you can get in trouble for this as a enforcer of the Law and loose your job.

I suggest you read the Law book for "Slander". The information was in the Hondo Paper under Police Reports, is public court information and can be accessed on-line througt the DPS website.

We try all the new restaurants in town and got the worst meal of our lives at Alberto's. My husband ordered something that was supposed to come with guacamole - it had a tiny sliver of avocado. When we asked, the server said rudely that that was what THEIR cook called guacamole (as if we didn't know any better because we're Anglo).

The food was so bad we didn't eat 90% of it, but we still had to pay the total bill of about $25 (I think iced tea was $2.50 per glass) for lunch for 2 because the server and cook didn't care at all that the food was inedible. We will never go back and we're advising everyone to stay away!

His FOOD IS BAD and HIS SERVICE IS BAD

His food was bad in Hondo and the Buckhorn in D'hanis

He never had a place in SA, that was his sister not his

He uses the same menu from who knows where

He takes the same waitresses from Hondo and D'hanis because nobody will work for free.

About time for him to move out in the middle of the night and leave the bills with the landlord and utility companies.
