Brenda you know I never said Weldon was a "weanie" now did I.
But you sure as hell have a point.
Where are all these jerks saying he is innocent until proven guilty? They just fade into the woodwork after their hero goes down.
Well this is a good start to the "clean up".

i think they crawl back under the rocks they came out from under hahahaha !the only people coming to the defense of crooked law enforcement are the ones benefiting from it or in the middle of it.

Well weldon is gonna get what he said he wanted.
A judge set his trial date for April 4.
Tucker jusr asked for the whole thing to be thrown out.
Thought Tucker said he was looking forward to his trial.
Now he is trying to run from it.
Well the show is almost over, the sun is sinking in the west and Tucker, with a little luck, will be off to jail soon.
Where are all those people defending Tucker now?

Most lawmen think they are above the law. They think and sometimes do get away with drinking and driving. Drinking and fishing (keep in mind someone has to operate the boat DWI covers boats too. They sometimes use their authority to intimidate the public. Bandera is no different than any other small county. The lawmen will try to get away with what ever they can as long as the voters let them.
Not all police are corrupt, but many are spoiled and immature some are lazy.( the one that let the drunk teens drive away. DWI's are time consuming many officers dont want to bother with the hassel.
As far as the boat, from free food, free beer, free gas. You let them they will take it.
seen it before with my own eyes.

i agree ,it takes the people who live and deal with the bullshit to stand up and say we are sick of it to call them out ,like shadow . i know some think shadow is a pain but some of us dont ,i think quite a bit of him . it isnt just about the boat and tucker ,there is quite a bit more to it ,like the young man shot from behind who lost his leg . if there were more people that would use thier voice ,like my friend ,corruptness wouldnt be so easy to hide .

Fellow Taxpayers,

The Commissioners Court may be reaching the end of their rope concerning our so called Sheriff's Department. The most recent decision to continue the status quo of insider leadership by the commissioners voting 3 to 1, with Bobby Harris objecting, is headed to...

More Embarrassment For Our Bandera Community!

We need to stand up and be counted because of the way Bandera County voters were recently misled by the majority of the commissioners flip-flopping from what was reported by the San Antonio Express-News and our local newspapers on April 26, 2011 - The Court approved a very good, transparent process where resumes, including those of eligible outside applicants would be solicited, and from that pool a qualified law enforcement administrator would be selected to serve the remaining term of the convicted ex-Sheriff, which would end in December of 2012. Those in attendance applauded the process and the citizens looked forward to having a Sheriff's Department that we could all be proud of and serve our community in an honorable fashion.

The BIG CRASH we all heard on May 19th was when the Court voted to do away with the above process and "give the voters the opportunity to select their Sheriff," as a result of party primaries next year... meantime, the Chief Deputy would be assuming the Sheriff's responsibilities. Keep in mind that the appointed Chief Deputy has never been vetted by the Commissioners and was hired by former Sheriff Tucker (does this sound familiar?). The Chief Deputy has been running the Department for a long time already, and was certainly aware of what was happening and kept everything to himself. As it is now, we won't have a chance to have a better administrator until January of 2013.

We, as taxpayers, as voters, deserve better decision making and certainly more transparency in local governments.

Attend the next Commissioners Court meeting

This coming Thursday May 26, at 10 am

Historic Courthouse in the upstairs courtroom

Sign up to speak and direct your comments to your particular Commissioner and also to Judge Evans. Bring your spouse, friends, neighbors and have them do the same. We NEED numbers to make an impact on the Court majority that approved this misguided effort. The Court can simply rescind their latest action and continue on in a transparent process to select the most qualified replacement until voters decide who their choice will be in 2012

Guy Pickett quit in place of being charged with several "Legal issues" that happened in Bexar county.
I am the guy who said "Guy Pickett is hiding in the thicket, stick out your dick and he will lick it".
He went nuts whenever he would here it, and that was his downfall.
I got his goat and got him to admit to his misdeeds.
There was an issue of 32 horses that belonged to the US Army and some people in law enforcement wanted to make me a scapegoat.
I went to the FBI early on, wearing a wire.
So the FBI knew there was no issue, they put their wire on me.
That led to the Kenneth Black BCSO scandal.
You see, I actually enjoy being an FBI informant, and the pay is not bad to boot.
Ask Mr. Pickett if he Remembers Don King, or Raymond B. Wilson, or Jimmy D.
Screw with an innocent person and there is a very good chance you will get screwed.
