I heard the Bandera County Sheriff is under investigation. Does anybody know anything about that? What is he being investigated for?

Yeah, a couple of disgruntled ex employees and a few unloyal current employees stirred the pot about a department boat being used for personal use. Instead of accepting their fate, they are trying to get some hush money.

Goes way deeper than use of the County boat. Like they said read the other topix.
This ARBRK is an employee and sides with the crooked Sheriff.
Yes I said crooked, he took a boat donated to the county for water rescue and kept it at his own house for his private use the last two years.
Hope they hang him this time.
The office of the Attorney General is investigating for this and several other allegations of wrong doing plus FBI, Texas Rangers and DA Bruce Curry.

Way off Shadow. But its obvious that your weak mind wont allow reason. So keep on believing the propaganda. Nothing like harping on something as unimportant as the use of a boat that the county commissioners wont pony up the money to out fit with equipment so that it can actually be used for its intended purpose.

Who are you, Weldon or Allen Tucker. You just have to be involved to come up with crap like that. Any theft/misuse of county property is important especially when the alleged thief is the Sheriff.
I don't recall the Sheriff budgeting any money to outfit the boat. Yes it is the Sheriff's duty to see that funds are budgeted for his needs.
Commissioners won't pony up the money so it can be used for it's intended purpose? Your joking right, it was good enough for fishing trips though wasn't it. I don't recall Weldon asking for money for gas bait or fishing license either.

Unimportant how about:
"allegations of malfeasance include multiple counts of felony tampering with government records, several counts of felony tampering of physical evidence, bribery, theft, arson, misapplication of county funds for personal gain, misuse of county property, interfering in criminal investigations, civil rights violations, failure to act during a felony in progress, retaliation against employees and cruelty to animals, as well as numerous violations of Bandera County Sheriff’s Office Policies and Procedures Manual"
Yes you old buddy Sheriff Weldon Tucker was just out fishing right, you need to face the facts and stop this cover up that anyone who can read a paper knows you are lying about.

If you can read get a copy of the Courier for this week.
Yes fool Hernandez was fired after getting caught taking pictures of the boat at Tuckers house.
And you profess to know what is going on.
Are you the deputy that let the four kids drive away from the Sonic drunk and go kill themselves?
If you are ARBRK CW then shut up and don't post any more you have done quite enough already.

You mean if Sheriff Weldon Tucker had gotten money budgeted to outfit Bandera County's rescue boat then half the Sheriff's office would not have used it for personal use? Get serious.
Did you ever get the chance to do a little fishin' on the taxpayer's dime CW?

Where ya at CW? I miss you trying to cover Weldon's fat butt. You might as well stop trying cause it is all over now.
Weldon is going up the river for this one and I don't mean the medina.
Anyway he isn't going to be in a position to offer your job back to you no matter how much you try.
We certainly don't need undesirables like you in Bandera, we are throwing the trash out not collecting it.

I don't think either of these fired deputies are just "accepting their fate".
Read the current Bandera County Courier and you will see the dishonorable discharge of Deputy Sharp was over turned by the judge.
Seems Tuckers "hear say" evidence against Sharp was not found to be creditable after all.
No the judge at the hearing found Deputy Sharp's testimony to be more truthful than ol Boss Hogg Tuckers.

Way off ARBRK, the boat was "donated" way before it came before the commissioners. This is my take: The deal was brokered by the bondsman named Saenz for a sweetheart deal. THE DEAL, if your familiar with the bondsman's MO in other counties to include Uvalde and Bexar goes like this, he "donates" gifts, sports tickets, cash, anything of value to that individual that has some type of access to the bail bond business in that county, the individuals include county/city employees, sheriffs, deputies, warrant officers, judges, DA's... This is what has been reported in the SA Express News, Bandera Courier, Uvalde News. Supposedly nothing was done to him in either County for his gifts, hmmm. So ARBrK I think if you do your homework you might find that it is more than just the boat issue and Shadow believes the same. Come on someone really knows something out there - Scott Sharp tell 'em what you know, keep standing up to them.

Grand jury is hearing the case presented by the Texas Attorney General against Bandera Sheriff Weldon Tucker.
I hope they throw him under the jail.
Read Bandera County Courier this week.
"special grand jury convened". And it was for boss hogg Tucker.
Finally!
First Deputy Scott Sharp's dis honorable discharge is changed after hearing. Judge said Sheriff Tucker wasn't as believeable as Deputy Sharp was in testimony. Now the Texas Attorney General is poised to strike.

Gosh damn ARBRK, guess I wasn't that far off after all. My "weak mind" functioned well enough to see the truth. So did the Attorney General of Texas as well as the special grand jury.
The "propaganda" got ol' boss hogg Tucker indicted didn't it.
This is the tip of the iceburg and you know it.
Corrupt law enforcement is the bottom of the barrel.
Felony state jail time for Tucker!
Take the blinders off unless this is Allen or some other dirty deputy or family.

ARBK are you there? What are your comments now - "political vendetta, bad justice, everyone besides the sheriff is wrong..." Hey, ARBK since you "apparently" are in the know please find out if the bondsman is going to hear the jail cell close behind him as is Tucker. Without the bondsman there is no boat or quid pro quo - Afterall, fair is fair they should both wear the same jail attire they so deserve.

Justice has not been served, The Sheriff is innocent until proven guilty. Thats how it works. You people should reserve your comments until he is proven guilty. Or go ahead and run your mouths and look like the fools you are. Just because he was inicted does not mean he is guilty. Just because you hear things does not mean you know the whole story. Im pretty sure none of you work for the Sheriff's office. Trust me you don't know everything.

I am pretty sure you don't know anything. Been following any of this?
Sheriff Tucker originally said he had never been in the boat. Repeated it to eveyone investigating.
Now have proof (pictures) and a TPW stop on Choke Canyon Sheriff Tucker admits to now.
He is guilty beyond a doubt. His own testimony proves that. Repeating what the Attorney General has found hardly qualifies for running your mouth.
Are you ARBRK or what. Maybe you are Allen Tucker, next in line for prosecution.
Don't need to be in the Sheriff's employ to see evidence given to the grand jury prior to indictment.
Stop your mouthing before you start looking as stupid as ARBRK.

No Justice works for the Sheriff's department.
One picture of ol boss hogg Tucker in the County Rescue boat is worth one thousand words.
What part of they have a picture of the lying sheriff don't people like no justice not understand.
Innocent until the prosecutors get the pictures out and then they throw tucker under his own jail.
Just gotta love it.
