OMG...me tooo I had just seen a sign outside and I was planning on coming tomorrow to ask about leasing options. No way, I am so thankful I decided to do some research. I also googled them and all their reviews are negative.

I hope that woai busts them if these things have not been fixed. Like one of the comments said,'sometimes you get what you pay for'. How sad.

I used to live on the second floor of bldg. 4, worst experience ever, I had the ceiling collapse on us on a Friday and they said, we are sorry but we can't do anything until Monday, it is after hours. Are you kidding me? Also, it is soo hot there, there is no insulation. Furthermore, the reports of security are right on, horrible!

Please do not rent from this place, it is such a bad place. Staff is so unprofessional. They obviously don't take their jobs serious. I hope they improve soon.

The worst place I have EVER lived at. My lease ended in June and I could not believe the horrible service we received.

I would always ask for maintenance requests and they would never get done correctly.

I agree that the security is now safe. Being in an unsafe area is one thing, but when a complex does not make an effort to turn on the outside lights at night time, that is just horrible.

Call the City of San Antonio and report them to Code Enforcement for multiple violations. They will give them a deadline to have the stuff fixed.

How many of you posting here get government assistance on housing? I bet it's 90%. Quit griping, get a job and pay your way. Then you have a right to gripe!

I don't receive government assistance for housing, I pay my rent without it. Apartment complexes like that usually have multiple violations on their record with code enforcement, the only reason they get away with it is they sell their buildings to another person, corporation, etc. They form corporations so they can file bankruptcy if they get sued by the city or individuals. You can google their corporation's name or the name of the apartment complex and you will probably see all their ligitation, violation history, etc. I would wager that the City of San Antonio and/or Bexar County has records on them for oountless complaints.

Park at presa have changed due to new management and they have fired the old managers, I hear they were bad at one time. I know of few people who live there and yes the roaches where bad there but I have spend the night there and I have never had to worry about my vehicle being broken into

I live on the westside of San Antonio and where I live it is very nice and clean but, there are always a rash of Vehical break-ins and yet you think just because you live in a community that is cleaner but not safer. What's up with that?

Dude, your father will be fine there don't worry about the other posts. People always have something or someone to whine about.., I moved here from the Bronx NY and you get more for your money here. You should see how people live in NY/NJ where you have to pay a Month and a half Security Deposit just to move in and the rent is so damn expensive there to live all over the east coast...

You people here should thank god you don't live either on the East Coast or the West Coast, that is the problem with people I encounter here in San Antonio, they are afraid of everyone and everything...

You all should pay a visit to NY and NJ and encounter the People there "Lmfao"..

Please skip this place! Don't even consider it.. they always are under new management cause they can't run that shitty place. People have dogs living in their small apts and weirdos lurking about. The maintenance people are lazy, intrusive and nosy! Terrible place! Management is rude as well!
