Why is there so few choices for grocery stores in San antonio? HEB and Walmart are the only two choices. There is only 1 whole foods market for the entire city. San Antonio must not be appealing for other companies to come here. For San Antonio being so large one would think it would provide more of a selection other than Walmart and HEB.

You forgot Sun Harvest, La Fiesta, Handy Andy. Trader Joe's opening soon. Get out and explore the city. Be surprised what you'll learn. Beats being ignorant.

Wow, those are some great options. Again, not a lot of selection for a large city. Why only one whole foods and one Trader Joe's for the entire city? Such a limited choice for the area. I have lived in much smaller cities that offer more options and better stores. Must be the demographics of San Antonio.

Let's don't forgot to add Pic-Nic and the dollar store to your list of grocery store options in San Antonio, lol.

That wasn't your initial question jackass. Why would any retailer want to enter a market already saturated and dominated by HEB & WalMart? San Antonians are loyal to HEB. Not sure about WalMart. That's the reason Kroger & Albertson's left the local market. Just because you're a stupid piece of white trash that has no business sense, doesn't mean you should continue shoving your foot up your lazy white ass. This is what happens to individuals like you that don't finish school, or, aspire to be educated and productive in society. Pathetic white trash. Take an economics and business class.

The fact is high end grocery stores such as Draeger's would not make it here because there are too many mexicans here in this city. The best that is here is HEB plus and what a joke that is. There isnt even any high end retail stores here except Nordstrom and only one for the entire population of San Antonio. San Antonio lacks in options for stores.. That is my point Amigo.

It's because all Mexicans know is tacos, hamburgers, hot dogs, Chinese candy and Lucas with all that lead in it. They are very narrow minded people that won't try anything new. So when the majority of people in San Antonio are Mexican nobody wants to risk opening a business that offers something new. The Mexicans do nothing but bring a community down to a wasteland.

Perhaps the reason there is no "Draegers" here is because Draegers is a tiny, regional store that is only found in a tiny portion of CA?

Draeger's isn't in NY, Miami, Denver, Chicago, Dallas, LA, DC, Boston, Houston or any other major city. It's got 4, count 'em, FOUR stores clustered in the Bay area.

Clearly, "Mexicans" isn't the reason there is no "Draegers" here. If you are so enamored with "Draegers", why not move the Hell back to the Bay area?

And if you want overpriced "hey, look at me- I have an inferiority complex and need to buy flashy crap to try and impress people" merchandise, you not only have Nordstrom's, but Saks and Neiman Marcus as well. All ridiculously overpriced. Enjoy blowing your money (or, more likely, running up your credit card bill).

You are so right about the mexican people. All they know is tacos for breakfast. Try to find a mom and pop resturant that serves traditional homestyle american food, it'e pretty much impossible! Like you say the mexicans are very narrow minded people and have a hard time embracing anything new and different. Such losers. Mexico is the place for them!

Go eat your IHOP, Denny's, McDonald's, etc. then A-hole. Tacos are culture food. How the hell do you think we are going to sit here and say we prefer pancakes to tacos?

The only thing ignorant and stupid Gringos like you know is how to sabotage the English language. You're useless to society. As most Gringos like you are. What's so difficult about the English language? Go stick your deformed head up your white culo where it belongs. Should remind you of your mother's polluted uterus.

Other cities may not have a Draeger's but they do have their own upscale markets. Here in San Antonio a HEB plus is considered to be upscale. The quality and standards here are non existent. The majority of the people that live here don't know any differently. Not all of us are wal-mart shoppers and HEB is at the same level as walmart just with less customer service.

Seems your English is lacking by your constant use of the same words in each and everyone of your ridiculous post. Perhaps you should try and expand your very limited vocabulary. But hey, what can one expect from a Mexican who so badly wishes he could be white.

No desire to be a dumb white man like you. It's funny that you still reply with poor grammar. What's the problem?

So I guess you ran out of poor excuses as to why a city large as San Antonio is lacks in options when it comes to grocery store choices and upscale markets? That's right, the people here are major supporters of HEB. Who wouldn't want more competition in the area? It would only raise the bar for HEB to step up their customer service. Heck, You can not even get a fresh made deli sandwich at HEB, they are all pre-made. I can get that quality at any gas station. The living standards here leave a lot to be desired.

Load that white trash filth you call family into your mobile and move to the hills. Rather than feast on deli sandwiches, invest the money in the education you lack. Loser. We're white, not bright, never right.
