I appreciate that. I've been following government in Bandera County for over 10 years and it is amazing what they pull and get away with.
Ask ladywolf she has seen it first hand also.
Anyway thanks for the post.

shadow is a good guy and is very educated when it comes to the coruption and injustices of bandera county and its law enforcement sooo i would take his advice and look back at the other topix about bandera county he has commented on and given information about before you attack him .have not seen one thread accusing him of lying.

Ok Ok, I give.
Funny how authorities ignore these people until they kill someone or try to. I believe Caviness was the type of man that would do just about anything and this proves it.
I guess some things were just met to be.
Remember our "negotiations" are on going ladywolf.
At least we can positively agree the kid in the car Caviness shot at is lucky to be alive---some good came from this. The little ones that have nothing to do with things like this are always the ones who pay it seem especially with a Sheriff's Office like Banders has.

your right.Bandera dont care about nothing. If they did they would do something for the kids in this county. There is nothing for them to do and the laws not smart enough to see this thats why the kids get in trouble around here. Good lord i can figure out a lot of things to do with the race track. Its big enough to put a nice size movie theatre in or put game room something .But no they just keep building more bars thats bullsh-t.

The bars are about the only real draw the city has.
As long as people from all over come here to get drunk on friday and sat. night nothing is gonna change.
Guess I won that point as well huh ladywolf.
Hope you are having a good weekend anyway!

if it wasnt for the bars Bandera would probably be a ghost town.thas a shame cause it is a pretty little town.if the kids are our future then banderas creating more drunks for there future.the bikers take over the town on weekends and the sheriffs department lets them get away with a lot of sh-t mean time they harrass the locals and the kids. I hope im still around when someday things will change but i dought it.all you can do is keep on hoping.how was your weekend?

Worked all weekend but it was fun.
Bandera is a cute little hunting town with a drinking problem. That's what they used to say.
Zeke with the express news did a story while the Sheriff's office was arresting everyone in sight to justify needing a new Jail and titled it "Bandera, a nice place to go on vacation and go home on probation"
It is sad that such a natural resource can be such a problem for the people who live there.
I wish ol' weldon tucker would do the right thing for one time in his stinking life and resign and leave us to find a real Sheriff not a cheap knock off immitation like the Tucker boys.

Someone from the outside. This crap of replacing someone with a person from inside that office will only reproduce what you see now.
I really can't think of anyone in the Sheriff's office that would do a good job, hell they have all studied how to cheat and take advantage for the Tucker boys.
Frances Kaiser ex Sheriff of Kerr County stands out as qualified. She was there when they built their 96 bed jail and ran it.
You can always find someone to call an ex Sheriff names mostly because they have been in some kind of trouble.
I know her personally and have alway appreciated her straight forward approach to law enforcement.
Do you know her or have you heard of her?
Who would you like to see in the position?

Look up former Sheriff Kaiser I think you will be pleasantly suprised. A no nonsence straight forward kind of person ans she was Sheriff in Kerr County when they built their 96 bed jail so she could indeed just step into running our new jail.
The only people I have seen unhappy with her are people who landed in her courtroom when she was JP in Precinct 3.
She solved a really old shooting case up in kerr county.
She would be my choice for sure.
