Eric Daniel Smith has a special needs daughter who he doesn't pay child support on. This man quits his jobs each time the child support division sends a request to take money out of his paycheck. He works for a band called the Motion Census and has various gigs around the San Antonio area, yet he refuses to report his income. He hasn't paid child support for two years and previously never made regular payments. How is that legal, I would think that dead beat fathers would have some type of consequences. The mother of his daughter received a check for $7.27 this was supposedly his return from his taxes, so I asked shouldn't a man like this who does not pay child support and not report his income to the IRS go to jail? I think a man who is like this is a worthless piece of shit and deserves to spend time in jail. If anyone knows of where he lives and has his address I would appreciate a response so I can give the mother of his daughter this information to report to the Attorney General. So I ask again should Eric "the motion sickness" go to jail?

Well, i wish that this had been posted sooner, I would have gladly helped you out. This guy is a deadbeat. Last i heard he is still here in town. He is a cancer on everything he touches, and i would gladly love to see this loser go to jail.
