I just visited my lot at Bridlegate Ranch, and with much preoccupation observed that deed restrictions and standards are not being enforced. I urge owners of the lots to visit the development and raise their concern. Properties are going to devalue if these trend is allowed to continue.
I would like also to get in touch with the other lot owners to get together and form a
homeowners association.

Look at the other Bridlegate thread, lots of people complaining about them.
I re-posted your comment there because many are saying nothing is wrong.
Like any of these developements you need to stand on them to protect your investment.
Good luck Mr. Salazar

Why attack these people who say something that doesn't set well with you? Go to the other threads and look at the posts and tell all of them that they all complain too much.
You seem to be the one making excuses here and it is plain to see.

I really think you need to think about talking on social media about negative things if you own property in bridle gate subdivision because it's going to do nothing but hurt Yall in the long run.no one will purchase property there you just need to develop a POA and go about it in that direction keep it out of the public media.

Maybe just maybe if these subdivisions would do what they say they will do discussions like this wouldn't be in public media ruining your sales.
Think why these people voice concerns----------
